The lampad is like flashback if you had to pay the huge flashback cost first... Yeah, bestow will suck big time on probably all the cards that have it except for two cases: 1- the one card with a lower bestow cost than actual casting cost(think reveillark), and 2- the mythic overpowered bestow creature that has value coming out the wazoo and is in every hexproof deck until the end of time.

Copies are not the same as cast unfortunately so you would only get one trigger.

Haste is rarely important outside the first turn. It's not worthwhile to commission art in a different aspect ratio.
