Well Five-Alarm Fire is pretty much the only other aggro enchantment.
I think Five Alarm more closely mimics Hellrider in the sense that it provides a way to deal non-combat damage. Gruul War Chant however mimics Hellrider in the more important sense that it can end the game on the spot. Honestly, Gruul War Chant is really good. Mini Madcap Skills for everyone can be back breaking.
To stay on topic. Path of Bravery is awful, just awful.
Choose one -- target creature gains hexproof; or target creature spell can't be countered; or target noncreature permanent becomes a creature with power and toughness equal to its converted mana cost and gains lifelink, trample, first strike and haste.
I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.
If you have a swarm of tokens attacking in Rhys, you're usually winning by a lot already.
Why wouldn't you just play something like Loxodon Warhammer that can give you a decent chunk of life even when you have just one token (not an uncommon scenario at all. My friend plays Rhys tokens, I have Darien, another friend plays Avacyn white weenie. I play with/against token army decks a fair amount.) While also giving you +3 damage. To put it another way, a 1/1 token with Warhammer is the equivalent of FOUR tokens with this guy out, if you have taken any damage.
If anything this card says to your multiplayer opponents: "attack me with your free creatures, guys, so you can turn off my bonus". Yet provides little value to counteract that effect. Yes, I can see it being played in token decks... and yet I have 0 desire to do so myself. The whole problem token decks face is keeping a lot of tokens on board, turning them into theats, and swinging with them. Not "once I have a swarm of tokens attacking people, how can I also gain life with that?"
Don't be belligerent. Any creature that gets a warhammer in edh is instantly a target, and Enchantment hate isn't anywhere NEAR as ubiquitous as Artifact hate.

Gruul War Chant is as close as it gets.

Mix in a few Genesis Chambers, Ranger of Eos with a removal package and you got yourself a helluva fun RW modern deck!
