Blue gets Mill, Black has Extract. The standard ruletext on Extract effect is exile. This is probably to prevent the Black deck from using a revival card on whatever they took away. Lore wise it plays that Black would rather nobody had something that could hurt them, while Blue would like the chance to pick up whatever they took and use it themselves.

I was hoping that any Extracts in RtR would graveyard instead of exile, but I suppose that could get really stupid with Lazav.

Ramp, ramp, Plasm Capture, Reap Intellect/Griselbrand.
It'll be fun, but I doubt it will be seriously viable without a better sweeper than Mutilate

Alternatively, I might try a reanimator build using Deadbridge Chant.

To be fair, Dimir cards didn't have much synergy in old Ravinca either. It was transmute, mill and random 4 mana 4/4 flyer.

Considering how similar the second piece is to Notion Thief,
I'd be highly surprised if it didn't involve drawing of some sort.
I was hoping it would be Praetor's Grasp with Cipher, but Dimir have let me down every time so far

EDIT: Now that I think about it, that first one looks like it could be Orzhov (maybe on the last Rare Split card?)
The art is kinda simple, though I really like it.

So Dimir only gets cards that are good in control mirrors. Sigh.

Wizards let me down this time, they really did. GTC was painful but I hoped DGM would bring us a few goodies.

Good point, if he had a Fatpack whole set should be spoiled :/

There is some photo of the encyclopedia page posted on that forum.
But the photo is quickly deleted by mods, because of the obvious reason.

My point was that an art that actually shows someone actually surgically acting on a brain (read: doing a lobotomy) is almost sure to be a throwback to the card lobotomy.
