Seems weird concidering all of the synergy the other DGM splt cards have. This one is a 2-for-1 for 3UB sure, but it doesn't really combo together like the others when you fuse it. huh.
@johnnybegood
It can safely assumed by now that there is a cycle of uncommon single-guild split cards that are 1 color a half in the set.

You bounce their smaller creature and make them sac the more important one.
If only it was an unsummon and a cruel edict I would be so happy right now. Even as it is the card is pretty cool. The only question is how does the fuse work. Can they choose to sac the creature being bounced? Or does one ability go off first then the other ability? I'm honestly kinda confused.
The bounce resolves first.

When fused, these cards read from the left side to the right and the spells' effects resolve in that order.

You resolve from left to right, so you bounce your opponent's dude and then he sacs.

The way Fuse works is that the spell on the left triggers first, then the one on the right

More Giest of St Traft hate. Though it realistically is too slow for giest. It has potential as a 5 mana mini board wipe but overall it is not costed aggressively enough in all likelihood.
You bounce their smaller creature and make them sac the more important one.
Fair enough. I guess I got used to to Wizards making it blatantly obvious how the 2 sides worked together. This one you have to actually think about, a tad.

Fusing seems like a twist on into the void that needs 3 or under creatures to really be good.
This is a pretty great Uncommon

So in this case, bounce then sac

I don't think I want to play a 5cc card with DS in my deck. Taking 5 to the dome doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun.

Actually, I'm suprised Recoil has never been reprinted, such a simple and elegant card.

But you can't fuse it off Scepter, and Geth's Verdict and Unsummon are already cards...?

Either way, solid removal.
You can only imprint one card on Scepter, Far and Away lets you have both effects at your disposal.
