If you meant Dragon's Maze (DGM), it's almost impossible. For one Tibalt's been too recent for a 2.0, and generally they stick to 5 pws a block. Nicol Bolas was the sole exception ever, and it was a core set PW.
Yes, he was the sole exception.

How awful is this product going to be? I really want to be surprised by two killer decks out of this, but I won't hold my breath.
As always, it could go either way. We've had some ludicrously high value duel decks (Elspeth v. Tezzeret, Jace v. Chandra, Izzet v. Golgari) and some really, really atrocious ones (specifically Venser v. Koth).
However, a short list of cards that could be reprinted in Tibalt's deck, make at least tenuous thematic sense, and are worth $5 or more at current time:
And that's for the less valuable and "cool" 'walker. The decks don't necessarily have to be horrible. Then again, I posted a similar argument for Koth and Venser and then got hideously disappointed so maybe my optimism is not well-founded.

Vexing Devil is seeing play in Mono Red in legacy. That's where the spike is from.
I run him in my Legacy deck. He's controversial because unless you drop him on turn 1 or 2 he isn't going to do much for you. The thing is you usually win or lose by turn 4 and the odds of you drawing him then and not earlier are quite low so I don't worry about it.
6 Zen block walkers, then? But I suppose Gideon suddenly arrived there because of book.
Don't think Tibalt will be back that soon, though.
I'll have to give you that one, though personally I pretend Jace never existed. But that's pretty much only two instances in all expansions and core sets. And those were of special circumstances at that. Also, there would have been images or a semblance of a hint of the planeswalker long ago if that was the case. If anything, it's Kiora. All in all, while its not outright impossible, it's very unlikely given the trends beforehand.
R&D has admitted that the first couple blocks planeswalkers appeared, they were playing with the numbers, but they've settled on "about 5" per block, and at least one per expansion. They're wary of doing too many, at least for design-space concerns, but I imagine also for burnout concerns.

let's all hope it's tibalt the redeemed, from m14/ dragon's maze, cuz many people think it's bad.
tibalt is amazing in RDW deck. go mono red/ grixis/ reanimator standard/extended/modern/edh and you will see how good he is. he's also really cheap(not only cmc but cash too).
we also hope for cool artwork in these DD

Maybe, and this is just wishful thinking, it's M2014 Tibalt.
Wishful thinking.
It's not unreasonable to think they might reprint some decent Red cards to make up for him though.
Even the newest player can tell Sorin is pretty much *better* than Tibalt,
so one would hope Tibalt's deck is stacked so that he can actually compete.

This set shall be released in the middle of March, so when could we realistically expect previews for it to begin?
In the past they have done it 1-2 weeks before it got released, at least in recent times. Before that they were far more open about the content at an earlier date.
Also, there would have been images or a semblance of a hint of the planeswalker long ago if that was the case.
Not necessarily. The first we heard of Vraska was the mention of the fact that RtR would have a new female 'walker, and that was only a week or two before her card was previewed. Meanwhile, if it hadn't been for those leaked Gatecrash mythic rares, then Domri Rade would've just been some guy with a quote on Stomping Ground right up until his preview article. WotC doesn't telegraph every planeswalker this far in advance. (To be fair, though, it's typically new planeswalkers that go unmentioned until the last moment, so this doesn't really apply to Tibalt.) It's too early to say for certain that Ral will be the only planewalker in Dragon's Maze.
That being said, I seriously doubt that Tibalt will get a card in Dragon's Maze. First off, it's too soon for Tibalt to get a second card. Excluding core sets, planeswalkers don't show up more frequently than every other block. Secondly, Tibalt is really unpopular. WotC brought back Elspeth and Sorin because they were well-liked. So unless Tibalt's popularity improves, or unless someone in the creative department finds a good use for him in-story, Tibalt ever getting a second card seems unlikely.
Oooh, very exciting. Fingers crossed for a pair of cheap and dirty decks with a couple of wanted cards in them. I really really hope they find some way to 'encourage' Tibalt as such, even with the unlikelihood of getting a new version of him.
If tibalt was going to appear on the next set it would have a change to be a new one. But since we won't see him on dragon's maze, i'm pretty sure it will be the old crappy Tibalt we all know.
Yes, he was the sole exception.

Final Fortune/Last Chance (although I would be absolutely shocked to see such a card in any preconstructed product)
Sulfuric Vortex
Vexing Devil
Sneak Attack (huge stretch flavor wise and $$$-wise, but hope springs eternal)
There are several rares for Tibalt that have high playability value and would fit as well, even if their price is low, such as Demonfire, Charmbreaker Devils, Hell's Thunder, Devil's Play, Reforge the Soul. And his deck might be reasonably playable and fun if it is based around Unnearth (Hellspark Elemental, Scourge Devils), Madness (Fiery Temper, Violent Eruption, Reckless Wurm), Flashback (Firebolt, Burning Vengeance, Flaming Gambit, Faithless Looting), or some combination of the three.
And that's for the less valuable and "cool" 'walker. The decks don't necessarily have to be horrible. Then again, I posted a similar argument for Koth and Venser and then got hideously disappointed so maybe my optimism is not well-founded.

Given that we've already seen M14 art that features Chandra prominently, we can go ahead and rule out even this scenario
