The Emissary opens up all sorts of play lines. Magical xmas time -
T1: Stomping Grounds -> Arbor Elf
T2: Land -> Emissary -> Wild Beastmaster
T3: Bloodrush Zhur-Taa Swine to WB, swing for 21
Other T2 emissary plays - Strangleroot/Ash Zealot + Rancor, Domri Rade
^nm, misread the Bloodrush ability of Swine. I don't think it would work...still, a T2 Beastmaster in a world of playable Hasted creatures + Rancor seems awfully powerful.

It would work. Since Wild Beastmaster's ability check her power on resolution.
The emissary makes the human reanimator in standard much better. You use the innistrad block way of winning (aristocrat + fiend hunter + angel) but now all the pieces are human!
Angel of Glory's Rise, Burning Tree Emissary, Fiend Hunter, Disciple of Griselbrand
- gives you infinite life, and with a goldnight commander, pumps either the disciple or commander to infinite.
Deathpact Angel: Really sweet card so far my favorite of the set. That being said it doesn't seem all that great but might be slightly playable as a trump similar to AoS though AoS is likely just better if slightly more expensive.
Bracers: These things seem just really sweet even if their just giving marginal value from from geist triggers. Look forward to seeing decks built around this.
Other than that the rest of the cards seem kinda meh (which is ok).
I'm really digging the emissary, maybe because I'm partial to Gruul (them's good beaters). Ideally you want to drop it 2nd or 3rd turn. I like to imagine a game where I drop a vexing devil first turn, then the emissary and lightning mauler and swing for 8 on 2nd turn.
It's a solid card that will find home(s) in standard. Enjoy.
i've been trying to think of a decent use for druid's repository, and now i wonder if bloodrush is it. what if you play a thatcher's revolt with the repository in play, attack, and bloodrush with the boar? value? maybe.
also the battalion ability might benefit from the revolt as well. i can totally see that card becoming a little more relative.
on another note, lasav is so dang rad. maybe he could find a use for grasp of phantasms, vanishment, etc. also, thoughtscour becomes a much more dangerous card with this guy in stadard.
boros elite at uncommon seems a bit weak. unless he's attacking with 2 other guys, he's simply a 1/1 whatever. wild nacatl was a far superior card and it was only a common. come on wizards. why can't every card be good? don't waste our time with useless cards. i realize some junk cards may see play in limited, but if all cards were at least decent, they may be played in a variety of other formats. what i wouldn't give to be on wizards r&d.
burning tree emissary and experiment 1 are so sweet for aggressive decks like gruul and naya.
Burning tree emissary is like a frogmite and has some cute interactions:
experiment one -> burning tree emissary, flinthoof boar, attack for 3.
restoration angel target burning tree play something else, perhaps even searing spear on their turn. Restoration angel is also just sweet for pumping experiment one as it has 4 toughness and blinks another creature.
burning tree and experiment one are both decent with gavony township later on which is now super easy to play with access to 3 shocks in naya.
Naya get's a big boost in gatecrash with flinthoof boar becoming very good and better interactions with restoration angel. A great three-drop like blade splicer would complete it as the best aggro deck probably.
Experiment One interests me as a potentially easy 2/2 attacker on turn 2 (which has the potential to be even bigger later on).
A 3/3 on turn 2 I believe. If you expieriment one for first turn, then second turn youngwolf, then rapid hybridization, would the 2/2 wolf come in before the 3/3 frizard? If so, the 2/2 ups evolve once, then 3/3 again.
edit: Also with burning tree emissary, you can turn 2 thundermaw/thragtusk/almost anything. Turn 1 arbor. Turn 2, burning tree, use red for infernal plunge, use arbor to untap a forrest = 5 mana (GGRRR). Even works if you only have 2 forrest because of emissary's mana cost.

The 3/3 arrives before the Young Wolf. The order the creatures come in is not important. What matters is that the Young Wolf can come in before the evolve triggered by the Frizard takes place. This is a matter of stacking undying and evolve in the correct order.

Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.

Ah so I have the right concept, but wrong idea. Excellent, and I am glad to hear it, thank you.
Oh Simic, how we will have so much fun together....
Also, does this mean something that puts multiple tokens into play, say you have a 1/1 evolve, and you manage an army of the damned, that 1/1 gets 13 counter?

No. It sees them all enter play at once, and there is an intervening IF clause. So if it tried to put more than one on at once, the ability would see it is then the same size as the creatures trying to evolve it and shut off.

So if there are multiple creature of various sizes entering at the same time, they will all trigger because they can be layered variously, but all of the same size will only trigger up to X size?
Deathtouch is kind of redunant on something with a huge body. I'd replace it with lifelink.

Look at the art for Drakewing Krasis.
Now look at the art for Skyline Predator.
It looks like the Simic of today improved the Ravnican Drake in the same way that the Simic of the original Ravnica improved the Sky Swallower!
43/111, approximately 39% complete. Over a third done.
(calling it now; there will be a cycle of Legendary dual lands with Basic Land types in Theros block)

All in terms of Evolve that is.
That the Selesnya mechanic of Populate can create a copy of the Cleric token made by Deathpact Angel's trigger.
