So I tried to figure out the name with a japanese translation website and a search of japanese card names. How does "Songbell Sphinx" sound to the people who speak better japanese than I do (which isn't hard, since I don't speak japanese)?
The name has to start with the letter 's' to fit the number crunch.
I'd say there's an excellent chance the English name starts with "Sphinx."
I only thought one thing when I read this card.

I fear I won't have much time to play Magic these days.
I get to watch worlds develop around me.
I get to watch great leaders, terrible oppressors, and trend setters rise and fall.
Limited, Standard, Modern, everything is a different playing field I feel I can observe, but will not actually touch.
I look forward to the stories I will hear.
And more so to the ones I will watch unfold first hand.
Isn't the unknown exciting?
Obviously you play this in a deck with like 400 cards, with like 90% of those being Relentless Rats.
Step 1: Discard two Relentless Rats, likely drawing 2-4 more Relentless Rats to keep the engine going and possibly some other spells.
Step 2: Repeat step one until you have drawn all of your deck, including all the non-Relentless Rats spells.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: PROFIT!
What are the chances you're going to have 2 cards in hand, that are the same, that you want to ditch?
this. it will be a 1$ rare imho

How can people assume this card is going to be bad o.o It's a sleeper at least, if not immediately playable. Living Death / Relentless Rats will eat this up.
Turn one, Entomb, ritual, exhume, Sphinx, rats draw rats draw rats draw rats draw
Only non rat cards are rituals, entombs, exhumes, mox diamonds and a few lands (maybe some burst of speed), so you draw consistent - drop mox and rituals, Living Death. Diamond, Burst of Speed, rats swing, gg ^^ Janky, but by god...
I think it's creative dsign that opens up possibilities in deck building. There are many type of cards that are broken on the first few turns but not so hot other wise.
Just ramp like crazy, plan a hand with many pairs and drop this for huge draw engines. The deck would problably need a anti-aggro plan to work, but a think U and G are in good shape for that...
Just saw the cyclone rift spoiler. Good, if you ramp fats enough you can shut down your opponent very easily.
