Given this block is so anticipated and happens in a great setting, why one arth didn't they do something grand like full-frame lands with new art, instead of half reprints and half computer generated landscapes.

Why put something players desperately want (full art lands) in a set that they are already desperate to buy? It makes more sense to save it for a less anticipated block.
I'm a little worried at the apparent lack of quality common/uncommon removal in the set for limited. Seems like all the efficient removal is rare, in stark contrast to M13 which was a great format because every color had efficient removal at common. Same thing goes for creatures to some extent, with the exception of gold/hybrid cards, there aren't many exciting common/uncommon creatures. Again, I think back to M13 and how nice it was to have stuff like sentinel spider at common to make the games less rare bomb dependent.

Basically all good utility spells are rare/mythic. This set is either going to be amazing to draft or horrible to draft, but I'm not sure which. All of the powerful removal spells should be uncommon.
I ask for your forgiveness in advance because I'm sure that stupid question is stupid, but...
The mothership lists the spoiler at 263/264, however there is no Azorius keyrune nor is there a Golgari Charm. Does that mean one of those two cards was left out? Or is there something going on with the tally that I'm just not understanding?

This. As much as panoramics would be awesome, I can wait for a more flavorful setting for them to appear.

Deviant Glee - B
Enchantment - Aura (C)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+1 and has "R: This creature gains trample until end of turn."
Question about this one. Say I stick this on a 1/1 Stromkirk Noble and give it trample. I attack with it, and it gets blocked by my opponent's 2/2. Will the Noble survive?
Thanks, Dontrike. I should prolly invest more time working on my reading comprehension skill and less time drooling over the 1 drop hybrid card that taps to remove cards from either players graveyard. lifegain+damage to opponent+mana acceleration= too stronk.
The Golgari get such cool junk. Deathrite Shaman is great, and I'm glad the Gorgon amulet art ended up on a sleek card such as Treasured Find.
Detain and Populate get more good cards, hopefully we'll also see more mono-colored stuff using the guild mechanics, like Soulsworn Spirit.
In closing, I like how the other Scavenge and Unleash dudes ended up. There's both early beats and functional beef, a good all-round range of p/t and costs.

Nope. It's dead by the time the ability resolves.

Rakdos Ragemutt is the most overcosted creature I have seen for it's effect. Let's compare it to Boggart Ram-Gang.
Boggart Ram-Gang was :symgr::symgr::symgr:, had the same power and toughness, had haste also except it had wither which is more powerful than lifelink. And to think that gold cards are supposed to be more powerful than hybrid cards.....

Lifelink is generally more powerful than Wither on an aggressive Haste creature, since blocking doesn't happen very much.
Also, Boggart Ram-Gang is an amazing card. Not all cards can be amazing.

The wedding is over. Now it's time for the honeymoon.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.

pure genius.
Have you not looked at this spoiler yet? There's a pretty big enchantment subtheme.

See, I thought that was Vraska destroying something of Izzet...
Could someone point me in the direction of the Golgari Charm artwork?

Common removal:
Avenging Arrow :2mana::symw:
Trostani's Judgment :5mana::symw:
Launch Party :3mana::symb: (requires creature to sac)
Stab Wound :2mana::symb: (-2/-2)
*Annihilating Fire :1mana::symr::symr: (3 dmg)
*Explosive Impact :5mana::symr: (5 dmg)
Aerial Predation :2mana::symg: (flying creature only)
Auger Spree :1mana::symb::symr: (+4/-4)
Dramatic Rescue :symw::symu:
There's a bit more there at Common than you might think.

Grave Betrayal is going to be nutsy-cookoo in EDH. Skull Rend is no slouch either.

Can't wait to see them as much as I am eager to check the Golgari Charm, hope it's the best.
