This charm is interesting... the first two abilities are normally relegated to being sideboard material, but, put them together and they can be relevant enough across a variety of matchups to be maindeck worthy. The last ability can provide some reach against aggro, especially if populate strategies become popular.

As much as I'm against the OTT view that this card is going to solo tournaments, cure cancer and make Susan Boyle attractive I'm not really a fan of the opposing camp who think it slaughters puppies and sired Justin Bieber.
I guess this card was designed to allow a janky way for the Cryptborn guy to get big in multiplayer.
This card was designed as a flexible sideboard answer for several different deck types. It's also really solid maindecked in EDH. No, it's not as absurd as Selesnya, but it's very good.
EDIT: didn't notice it hit you too... Super poop! Move on....
It actually allows you free buffs via things like Vampires (especially the RTR one!) before an alpha strike as well, that's actually a potential bonus, albeit a risky one like Rakdos is built upon.
well, looks like radkos got the crap again. first they had their mechanic changed at the last minute(was going to be paincast but they apparently couldn't make it work and wanted it for next set), and now their charm turns out to be sideboard at best.
at least it can cover multiple decks for sideboarding, whether it's tokens, artifacts, or graveyard, this charm has it's number.
Rakdos gets the short end of the straw, who would have thunk it? We can just paste it up there with the million other failed RB cards in the game when the other colors got such excellent toys.

All 3 options are worthless against Modern Jund. Just an example of many in Modern.

I suppose it's better than just having shock attached. (which it very easily could have been)
Another thing I found weird about this. That just sounds really lazy in every way possible.
Again though, that last ability is what will make or break this.
It's too situational and restricting at that. Like this is a control card for one of the most aggresive two color combinations, I could see this in some grixis control deck maybe, but for Rakdos? Why wouldn't you have lots of dudes on board?
I still had hope for the guild. I honestly thought that it would AT LEAST give -2/-2 or something along those lines. But this is trash compared to the other two. Sure its not terrible sideboard material but still, worst of the ones spoiled so far

The Innistrad vampires need to deal combat damage, so this won't pump them.

But what if your opponent cast a wrath and then got some angels or spirits onto the board? Or what if after a fast start your opponent starts to clog the field with many creatures that can trade with yours?
This can help you get those last few points of damage.

This is what gets me the most.... I thought the charms were supposed to embody the guild ideas. Rakdos are a removal heavy guild. There's no creature removal on this at all. I'd have been happy with a hurly-burly effect or something (just non-flying fyi). This seems like another badly designed card. It's like they realized they needed these effects in the game and had no idea where else to put them.
If the last ability didn't hurt you then yes this would be a good card. None of the other charms third abilities have this kind of drawback (The izzet charm's third ability is the second worse and even that isn't as bad as this) and why is this in the color that wants you to have a lot of little attacking creatures at once? FAIL WIZARDS! As others have said this is decent for side-boarding to cover two different slots (artifact hate and graveyard hate). With so much graveyard hate, I don't even know if graveyards are going to be as good as some people believe they will be, which would hurt this card even more.
It's flavorful, Rakdos likes cards that hurt you as much as the opponent.

Didn't know a 2/2 with flash and vigilance was only worth one mana...also +2/+2 is worth one mana but adding trample puts it a little over the edge...selesyna FTW!
Not many cards say allow you to win the game if your opponent combos off for 2 mana, this card does.
That is a huge deal.
This is basically a reverse Biorhythm and I think in Legacy and to a lesser extent Modern it will see tons of SB action.
Lol, that would be funny. They Empty the warrens for 20 goblins. You tap RB, cast rakdos charm, they lose. I like it, not broken, all three modes are useful. Can't ask for much more.
EDH is like French fries: some people like waffle cut, crinkle cut, or plain old straight cut, and while there's slight flavor difference and personal preference, at the end of the day they're still fries.

Sure if R&D was actually designing a game for balance, but instead they keep pushing their circlejerk for 1996 and U/W control.

GW= Removal
BR? Hmm, let's see, they can have shatter.
Rakdos has been getting the shaft pretty hard so far in comparison.

Edit, after really looking at it I guess it's not terrible.. but it's FAR worse then the others....
