Anyways, it's an interesting callback at the very least.
But man, white mana ladies just can't deal with you leaving. They up and destroy all your stuff when you decide to move on.

Brian Tinsman, Set Designer :?mana::snow::snow:
Legendary Creature – Human Designer (MR)
Brian Tinsman, Set Designer can only be cast during the third set of a block.
When Brian Tinsman, Set Designer enters the battlefield, ignore all flavor and mechanics of the first two sets in the block. "Ok so what do we have here... gothic horror? Scrap it. Expand the Devine Vs. Demonic duel deck to 244 cards and print it!"

Norn's Dominion has awesome flavor. It's a reference to Oblivion Stone, yet it perfectly fits Elesh Norn's zealous, mono-White "Kill dissenters" philosophy. As you stay in New Phyrexia, you begin to be accepted (the fate counters). But as soon as you try to planeswalk away from Norn's Dominion, the Machine Orthodoxy realizes that you're not loyal, and they open all hell on your forces.

the other one is the funny deathtouch-firststrike combat trick but what i fear about it is the darkest hour effect, will make edh decks like Teysa, Orzhov Scion go crazy
It makes the creatures all black, not black in addition to its other colors, so I wouldn't worry abour Teysa too much. (unless they're playing Painter's Servant
So now we have all the Phenomenon. $10 says the one that makes Chaos happens 5x oftener is in the Chaos Reigns Deck. to make room for it, my theory about Interplanar Tunnel must have been wrong, because the Warp World Phenom also has to be Chaos Reigns.
EDIT: About that Agent- There goes the idea that maybe they wouldn't put Bloodbraid Elf in because of power concerns. Now she's kinda guaranteed a reprint.
I am probably every color-combination it is possible to be, though it's really hard to figure out what it would mean to be 4-colored....it doesn't seem logical to be 4-colored without being 5-colored.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
And Onnake is in Shandalar? Uh, seniors, can someone explain about this?
Crazy effect though.
Frankly? No. This came out of nowhere. No Shandalar lore ever mentioned the Onakke in any way (otherwise we would know their place of origin as soon as their name was revealed).
Nice, another ridiculous creature to make my Animar, Soul of Elements EDH deck even more ridiculous...
seriously, chaos reins is doing a stupid amount of stuff for animar.
like the dork, I think they were afraid of a 2cc cascade card messing up legacy. At 2cc its super easy to build your deck around unlike the 3cc spells that made hypergenesis infamous. (Living end wasn't half as good, just super wonky so it was able to get away with wins because it was super weird to play against.)
Too bad, I really wanted that Cascade guy to be 2 cmc. But still, a solid card considering the other Cascade cards aren't all that great. Very nice of WOTC to make him UG too, since those two colors yield a lot of deck options. It's practically a hint to use Hypergenesis/Ancestral Visions.
The blue cascade guy will likely see play in Edric as hitting counters will be meh, but the little men will just come in droves! Not terribly exciting, but I could even see him played in some very specific legacy applications.
All in all, as a Edric player, I can see this being a nice inclusion as it helps your tempo or advances the board state.

I lol'd hard.

Anyway, I'm liking Shardless Agent. I see some potential use with Hypergenesis. Outside of competitive environments, the card seems like a perfect fit for Edric.
Also, having the Onakke come from Shandalar is especially interesting. I suppose that having a flavor tie-in keeps the plane relevant. In the future, Wizards may make use of the plane in some capacity. After all, since the plane tends to wander, it makes for a great plot device ("Shandalar comes in range of plane X, having consequence Y for the inhabitants of X"). But even if Wizards never opts to make use of Shandalar in a set, it's still useful as a repository for plot elements like the Catacombs.
The new Cascade bear also works very well with Vengevines/Mana Dorks/Intuitions. I could certainly see Intuition for three Vengevines on turn two and cascading out two creatures on turn three being a nice start.
In summation.....Star Trek wins a prolonged naval battle against superior, yet less technologically advanced, numbers, with Picard leading the assault, while Kirk takes your soul by laying out Solo and probably his manservant Chewy as well, before impregnating and ditching your Princess.

Even cascading into Green sun's zenith will be good since you can go get dryad arbor. It wouldn't reanimate viney boy, but yeah, at least still not a whiff. I really could see some Bant maverick attempting this guy, or it just making a whole new archetype in itself.
Then again, I just love cascade oodles.
Hypergenesis is obviously going to at least get some play due to this guy, and that's sweet too.

GU is my favorite color combo, and I do love me some rogues. I'll be needing like 5 of this guy. And art by Izzy? Icing on the cake mate.

Why are these not allowed into normal decks? My heart stings
