Jace bounce was a -1. He could do it 3 times before he would die. Liliana can only do it once before having to do her +1. Overall very disappointed with her unless we get Madness.
Crap, you're right, she's not as good as one of the single most overpowered cards ever printed. Unplayable!

Kinda strange, looks really limited based. Not a fan of the tokens, 10 power for 10 mana is overcosted these days, even for tokens and as a flashback utility. Seems splashy, not powerful
Excellent! More limited cards whose power level varies wildly depending on the deck you are drafting, which is critical to a deep limited environment. The awesomeness that was Innistrad limited seems to be continuing.
Altar of the lost probably isn't gonna see much play in constructed, but it's a nice enough card. Increasing Devotion, though, has more potential. Similarly to Army of the Damned, having a finisher type card that has some protection against countermagic is very nice.
Altar looks... terrible. If its going to be so narrow, why is it barely better than a worn powerstone at what it does, even if powerstone was not especially good on its own. I mean, which would you rather have- an extra land that gives you +1 mana for everything, or a 3 mana artifact that gives you 2 mana for only flashbacks, and ramping out flashbacks is extremely rare or impossible in many cases, so the fact it can come 'earlier' is not especially important. It sure as heck didn't need the ETBT clause, at least
Limited, sure, but it didn't need to be so restrictive
Altar is basically for those cards where you splash it for its main effect (Devil's Play as mentioned), and/or cards (HI TRAVEL PREPARATIONS) that you can't support the offcolor flashback.

Usually if you're playing tokens, you're going to have at least one anthem effect out, so the first time you cast it, you're going to be getting 10-15 power for 5 mana. Second time, you're getting at least 20 power for 10 mana (Though I don't think my token deck would ever have the mana to flash it back. I'll probably play it as a 1-of)
7 vs 9 - not really a waste of a snapcaster if that's a given build's focus - can't forsee them being wise to have in the same builds though.
And really, both of these seem meh to me - the flashback enabler is too expensive IMO for how narrow it is (esp. as a CiPT) - and for the token producer, since you'd be sitting on the next use for turns anyhow it really seems like White Sun's Zenith would be better most of the time with 4 more turns of building mana - for better tokens and the ability to use it insantly (or a 3rd/4th time or cast it with more flexibility if mana's being overabundant/slight)

Good chance you'll be getting20+ power for 9 mana (or 7 with SCM), not 10 for 10.
Increasing Devotion- A bit expensive but might be worthwhile as a top end for token decks or as a singleton for esper solar flare style decks.
Altar of the lost- Why did they have to neuter this so bad? If it had costed 2 entered untapped and was able to pay for any spell cast from the graveyard(not just those with flashback) it would still have been pretty borderline for constructed, as is it requires you to be playing a limited deck with 5 or more quality flashback cards especially those with an off-colour mana requirement and even then i'd think twice before playing it.

The altar at uncommon is nice. It helps with all those off-color flashbacks

Increasing devotion - 5 mana
both - 7 mana, not 9 (7ww)
Not bad really

Yeah, I mean with a whole 10% of the set spoiled, you are making the right call.
Good chance you'll be getting 20+ power for 9 mana (or 7 with SCM), not 10 for 10.
