@Nikorasu... of course if Dragonstorm became that bonkers, the graveyard hate would be everywhere. I mean we already have Crypt, Spellbomb, and Relic ready to help.
My only question for Past in Flames, and those with a better knowledge of the rules can make this clear to everybody, is this: what happens when I cast an instant or sorcery from my hand this turn? Will it retroactively gain Flashback? If so, the power level is actually quite high.
If that is how it works, imagine a scenario where you cast Past in Flames, cast a Manamorphose from the graveyard, draw another, cast it, draw a card, and then re-cast the drawn Manamorphose from the graveyard (if it gains Flashback). Any cantrip cast from your hand with a low casting cost (think Gitaxian Probe) is pulling double-duty.
Again, I will accept that I could be wrong here. But, as it is worded, it is a little ambiguous, and similar effects that give bonuses to types of cards will generally affect cards of that type in the future. In this case, the future is the same turn, but it seems to work that way.
This is previously unknown territory because Yawgmoth's Will exiled everything. This only exiles the cards that have been cast via Flashback. Therefore, it seems you can still fill up the graveyard with castable spells and continue to go off, even from your hand.
EDIT: Nikorasu essentially says the same thing, even using the same examples.
Although I will have a lot of fun trying to make a cute deck with Past in Flames, Mulch is the big news here, that card will be immensely popular, and not just for Standard...we have it for Modern now, too!
Only the cards in your graveyard as Past in Flames resolves will gain flashback. If another instant or sorcery enters your graveyard later that turn, it will not have flashback.

The problem with using gravehate to defeat this hypothetical super Dragonstorm is that, unlike Dredge, Dragonstorm doesn't need the graveyard full to win. This is just one hell of a booster shot.
Counterspells are a much better counter (heh) to Dragonstorm, but this card helps to get around counterspells. That's why I think it'll be played in the deck.
anyways, make a wish looks fun in limited. grab hopefully a flashback spell that starts cheap, and do it again. however, dangerous if things you want certain spells staying in the graveyard.

I'm pretty confident the cards have to already be in your Gravyeard to gain the Flashback.
I'd say wait on buying your playsets till we know the wording. I can think of a couple of times when we've been burned by not waiting...
Junk rares worth $25 a pop? Oh yeah Eyes Of The Wisent, I'm looking at you (was spoiled without that BLUE clause).
What exactly is the wording issue here? If this card is an instant it's better than if it's a sorcery, but not that much better that it still won't be a great card. And it's definitely not a "choose one: instants gain flashback; or sorceries gain flashback" case here. I think this is a safe bet, for anyone who clearly needs this to bust Legacy/Modern open or whatever.
Ok past in flames is not yawgmoths will the the same way that cancel isn't counterspell.
the one more mana makes it quite a bit worse, and its really hard to get good value out of.
To be used in storm you need 2/3 rituals in your yard. It is inconsistent and makes your control match-ups even worse.

In life all we can do is try to make things better. Sitting lost in old ways and fearing change only makes us outdated and ignorant.

I'm not sure I understand how "make a wish" getting random cards is fun. I read the article jsutifying getting cards at random from the graveyard, and it does make *some* sense, but if its going to be greens version of card draw (or a version of it I suppose) then 3U seems incredibly inefficient.
So Yawgmoth's Will and Recoup had a baby, it seems. Quite insane that card. I can already picture the insane storm decks popping up in Modern. Hell, with a God hand it's now actually possible to kill with Brain Freeze on Turn 2.
Not in modern its not. (Brainstorm is one block too early for modern) Although, I do think this will be interesting to see if some form of red ritual deck becomes big and/or good in legacy using this.
That red mythic looks like as close as they are going to get to reprinting Yawg Will. Im not sure how I feel about that. Wizards admitted that YW was their biggest mistake, and this gets most of the important cards. This certainly makes me want to try out ANT/TES in legacy, as another benefit is that it is quite good against hand disruption.

well, it is, theoretically atleast, better than card draw since you'd normally only be getting things you've used. Not so many lands in the graveyard now that fetches are gone. Think of it as "draw until you draw 2 nonland cards"
When I heard the "Make a Wish" card name I thought it was going to be a blue card and be Djinn of Wishes ability or something. I'm sad that it isn't BUT I'm happy for card advantage in limited.
The most exciting card for me is Make a Wish. It's such a great name, and seems like it could be terrific especially in multiples, but it is one of those cards that is difficult to judge without using.
I am petitioning for the removal of mythic rarity. Sig this to join the cause!

mulch is going to be really good. seeding out your lands and putting all the stuff you probably want in the GY in there will be good if ist is half the set it tries to be.
