I remember Mulch being talked about being reprinted in Odyssey before, but WotC decided it was too powerful. Looks like it isn't too powerful here.

And before people rage about that Flashback all spells being Mythic, that does seem rather Mythic to me.

Make a Wish doesn't sound like a real name; a bit disappointed by that.

There HAS to be a way to break Past in Flames. And it's a Mythic? Weird.

Flashback Mythic is pretty cool. Could have some casual fun with that.

Past in Flames is a slightly weaker Yawgmoth's Will. I wonder how long until it is broken in Modern and banned in eternal.

I wonder if Mulch will help G/X Pod decks hit their land drops, while putting gravedigger targets in the GY.

First I thought that Past in Flames is worthless, since it requires tons of mana to do anything half-decent, but then I saw the comparison to Yawgmoth's Will, and now I don't even know what to think about it. I'll be glad if someone breaks it, but I'm not expecting much for now.

Looks like Geistflame is a modified version of Engulfing Flames. I'm saddened we didn't get Firebolt though. I would take that any day over Geistflame -- the one extra damage makes all the difference in the world.

Mulch is an interesting one.

And Past in Flames isn't much of a Yawgmoth's Will without Lotus, LED, Dark Ritual, etc.

Past in Flames is pretty sick with Rite of Flames, Seething Song, Manamorphose, and all those other fun mana producing spells.

Hmmm, don't know if any of these are Standard worthy.

Geistflame is kind of an uninspired name, what with Ghostfire existing and all. I wonder how that will affect the German translation.

Anyway, mostly limited stuff. The red mythic sorcery has potential, though.

Past in flames = Yawmgmoth's Will, no? Until this is confirmed by WOTC, no way I'm believing this. It's just too good.

And btw printing mage in blue while this is in red is an offence to red mages.

Isn't Past in Flames pretty broken in Eternal formats? Seems really awesome.

I mean the only thing that people use for Yawg Will that won't be used with this is something like Black Lotus. Which while strong- isnt' the whole deck.

Even in modern we could see a version of dragonstorm that runs this and all the red mana rituals.

can't really replay lotus or lions eye with this... so i don't think it's a fair comparison

I don't think that Mulch could have been reprinted in a more appropriate set than this one. I'm beginning to get excited to play Green.

So Yawgwin 2.0 that does not get Lotus. This might see serious vintage play. It is worse in that it only get instants and sorceries, is a worse color, and costs more mana. But it does have flashback. Interesting
