How are you guys figuring this out? Aren't they unsolvable unless you're actually at the event to see the puzzle pieces?
the black one is solvable, but so far the others involve a separate puzzle

I was getting the impression these were not English words for body parts. I mean, I've had probably a little extra exposure to medical terminology (thanks to parents in the field), and nothing came to mind for any of it. I'd have to see the mentioned table there in order to get any hint, but of the words provided, nothing's coming to mind. No major organs or anything.
You are overthinking it. The full words aren't body parts. The question mark parts are. I.E. Fill in #2 with 'nose'

I felt a great disturbance in the force, like a thousand decks across several formats suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has been printed

hahahaha
And now you know why I have a ridiculously hard time with puzzles, sometimes; this exact reason. I blame computer science requiring me to obsess too much on logical problems sometimes. Also, it did mention body parts on the table, so that probably would've clued me in eventually, but in a vacuum... yeah you saw my derder moment.

Got in line at 4 for the 6pm party. .com. About 10 minutes later a guy handed these out to all those in line. He hasn't been seen again. Anyone have thoughts as to what it is eluding to/

It looks like my previous post got eaten in the move, but:
I'd keep my eyes open for black lights or invisible ink on any of those that suddenly shows in the lighting. It could very well be related to the $1k prize they've handed out for brainy people in the past two parties.

Some of the "letters" seem to describe cards from the youtube video. One reminds me of the "Cloistered Youth," and other seems related to Travel Preparations.
I'm as excited for ISD as anyone else, but what's going to be revealed here? I don't remember at all what happened last year (except that they gave out mana- and ichorclaw myr.

It's kind of another moment when we throw our hands up and go "DAMMIT universe, why you gotta always make me look bad in front of everyone?".
However, in today's culture of Justin Bieber, Jersey Shore, and Twilight, where every song on the radio, every program on television and every site on the internet is just another monument to the pinnacle of human stupidity, it's certainly not the worst thing that people could be watching.

It's a cool idea, but it doesn't look like they all line up. I don't see one related to an evil twin, except perhaps the one regarding rumors about the man, and nothing suggests that red 2/2 vampire rare :\
I would wonder if the names had any significance to each other, but I'm almost thinking they are mostly flavorful explanations of culture/background of Innistrad.
Edit: or I could consider that you are suggesting these are all related to specific cards. This makes sense to me. Sounds pretty cool
I love the letters, they are a cool marketing tool, and smell of good flavor.

Also, one of the letters talks about ghostlocking as a bad thing. What would that be?

This whole block looks like it's going to be a bombardment of classic gothic horror flavour. Whoo.
