Wow, there are more people reading this thread than I've seen on any other thread in a while.
Has the puzzle been solved?
I know, it's a ridiculous amount.
And I don't think it has been, yet. But it doesn't matter, since...
Figuring out the puzzle in the picture is kind of pointless, people. Solving it only matters if you're actually at PAX, in order to get an invitation into the party.

Wish the event started a little earlier but eager that something new will be up by tomorrow morning. At least 2 new cards and a new mechanic explained would be nice.
I play limited, casual modern, and keep several standard decks on hand.

The wording on the werewolf puzzle makes me think the night/day cards are werewolf centric. I expected such a complex mechanic to be used on multiple kinds of cards. I hope we get more info one way or the other during the conference.
I felt a great disturbance in the force, like a thousand decks across several formats suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has been printed
I would be screwed at this point. I need to brush up on my anatomy. :/
I was getting the impression these were not English words for body parts. I mean, I've had probably a little extra exposure to medical terminology (thanks to parents in the field), and nothing came to mind for any of it. I'd have to see the mentioned table there in order to get any hint, but of the words provided, nothing's coming to mind. No major organs or anything.

Has the puzzle been solved?

...I hope so too. I can only imagine that it means what we hope it doesn't mean.

Flipping and rotating are very typical actions for a puzzle. I wouldn't read too much into it.
