burried ruin returns the artifact to your hand, not the top of your library, so it does have its edge over academy ruins even in decks that can run them.
It's like having Oracle of Muldaya with only the part of playing an extra land from top of deck if it's a land AND with more additional effect such as gain life or create a 1/1 token. I think you should get your playset now while it's still available, this would see play also in Legacy :wink wink:
#1 - What's the dumbest idea you ever had?
#2 - 15/15 for 15?
#1 - Make it dumber
#2 - Give it protection from removal and counter?
#1 - DUMBER!
#2 - Add Timewalk?
#1 - DAMN IT MAN, I SAID DUMB!! DUMB !!!
#2 - It destroys everything when it attacks.... And wait, I have a friend who plays mill decks... I want to beat him too.
#1 - Excellent! Recess is over, go back and learn sex-ed with the other 6th graders.

Because you can play better things for 3 mana. Not to mention tapping 2 and gaining 2 life is a joke. It's a bad oracle basically.
Personal Sanctuary seems strange, though I suppose wording it to say no one could damage you would be a little OP at 3 mana.
That said, the colorless Academy Ruins isn't bad for decks that would need it...Except I can't think of any in EDH that don't already have access to Ruins. Mind Unbound feels like it could be worthy, but the cost is a little steep on it.

Again, for a deck with a bunch of lands (control, Valakut), it's a repeated Coiling Oracle, except you get 2 life or a dork, istead of a draw. Could EASILY break a control mirror, and could be decent in an aggro vs. aggro stalemate. It's not super efficient, but if it was, it would probably be overpowered. In a control deck, where I have extra mana at the end of your turn, it seems like great incremental advantage. Hell, this and Oracle Of Mul Daya together in Valakut seems downright scary.

I say play both. The ability to power through Mana clumps is invaluable to me, personally.
Ruins I think is great for edh decks that abuse artifacts that arnt blue, like kiki jiki.
As for the two enchantments maybe the blue one is good for edh,and the white seems like a junk rare.the card iam excited for is the satchel, bomb in limited, crazy with a top.
Mind Unbound is good design, not sure how playable it is.
Personal Sanctuary - has a spot in certain decks, combos, etc. Probably not worth anything though.
Buried Ruin - Wow, there sure are a lot of graveyard effects, and artifact effects, in M12. Why? As for the card, weak but decent enough in the right deck. No value on the secondary market.
Satchel - Cool name and art, and fun effect. Also no value.
Mind Unbound has great potential in Commander. Few problems I have with it though:
1) The mana cost is fairly high
2) No instant benefit, unlike Mind's Eye where you can draw during opponents turns, you have to wait next turn like Phyrex Arena but its a much bigger investment so more risk
3) Building on what I said in 2, it actually doesn't really pay for itself until 3+ turns later (ie. second turn just replaces itself, 3rd turn you've now spend 6 mana to net 3 cards, 4th turn you've now invested 6 mana to net 6 cards) vs Harmonize or cards that net you an immediate 3 cards.
I dunno, a lot of you seem to think Personal Sanctuary is pretty useless. but I find there are a lot of black cards out there that do great things but do damage to it's user (excluding the ones that say "pay * Life").
edit: k, just realized that in the end Delaying shield is "loss of life" not damage. but I still stick with Personal Sanctuary being good in a white/black deck somewhere

Nah, the card is for breaking symmetrical effects like Manabarbs, Earthquake, etc. Warstorm Surge is cool, but doesn't have any actual synergy with Personal Sanctuary.

oh I misread it. I thought it said whenever a creature entered the battlefield it did damage to it's owner. thanks for clearing that up.
Fine for EDH i suppose, trash for standard.

But come on... the real draw for this card is the fun times you can have with it's name...
"Don't Crush my Satchel, Bro!"

I've been trying to abuse Psychic Vortex forever.
Nice.

R Citizen Cane (Feldon of the Third Path)
also; I'd think it'd combo quite well with Delaying shield
just sayin'

I think it's better with red and Manabarbs.
