Knights and Illusions are the first things that come to mind. Knights are probably the best application, partly because it's already a FNM-level deck with multiple options and strategies available that doesn't run janky cards - it doesn't add up to a top tier deck, but you don't have to run anything just to fill out your Knight count. Illusions - if there are any good illusions in Innistrad, that lord is just amazing.
This is the sort of card that will be played forever and ever. It's a Glimpse the Unthinkable, Doubling Season. Casual players from now until the game ceases production will want these.
This thing is just so great but I'm really scared at what vendors will price this for pre-order. Casuals will eat this up. Hell I know I am just for the simple fact that this provides an unconditional lord for many forgotten tribes. Including Illusions, Spiders and that crazy dude that wants to make a Beeble tribal deck.

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
When I read the card I was hoping it was a Golem, would have been crazy with the Splicers. Can still be by pumping your golems and receive the benefits

Well it is essentially everything once it lands on the field. Its just that when its being cast it won't get any benefits like Changelings did. For example: Merrow Reejerey and Lys Alana Huntmaster.
This should have been made a while ago. It mostly took green/white enchantments Shared Triumph, [c]Gaea
's Anthem[/c], Glorious Anthem or double-edged/costly artifacts like Coat of Arms, and Door of Destinies in order to buff up weak tribals.

Some of you may think that you have made great mistakes in your lives, and perhaps you have. But let me ask you this.... did you ever play strip poker with two fat chicks and win?

If he comes in as a Changeling, which makes him ALL creature types at ALL times, does he give all creatures +1/+1..?

I expect with this [Transform] mechanic that everyone playing a Werewolf tribal deck will say "Autobots, rollout!" whenever the majority of their army transforms.

Changeling is not a creature type.

Level 3 Magic Judge
Do you know any judges who always impress you with their work ethic, knowledge, or attitude? Nominate them to be the next Judge of the Week!
Yep, no Changeling in that list. Those are ALL the legal choices to name with this card (unless new creature types were introduced w/M12 and I didn't notice).
EDIT: AFAIK, there's still no proof this is actually real. Did I miss it?
'm thinking this might be what it takes to give blue-based tempo-aggro a shot, since it works pretty well with architect.
Not really. For blue-based aggro decks, Merfolk are by far the tribe of choice, and the Merfolk lords are quite simply all better / more efficient then this guy. I wouldn't run him. Note that he doesn't even get pumped by the architect unless you pay, a key failing. He's too expensive for Goblins too.
All that said, I might pick him up for my knight deck, but I've already got to make room in that deck for Stoneforge Mystic right now. The fact that he costs 3 is also very awkward, since most tribal aggro decks you want Aether Vial set to one or two, not three.

Re:allies
Does this guy actually trigger ally abilities or is he just a lord and another +1 to the X value for their count once he hits the field?
He will enter the battlefield with the Ally type, so he will trigger the abilities of any Allies you control.
R Citizen Cane (Feldon of the Third Path)
what was that card that did something with "construct" yet no construct creature actually existed?
i remember reading about something like that...
Amazing banners made by Brofaux.

Changeling isn't a creature type; it's a static ability that some Shapeshifters have.
