Does anybody know what "homeward path" and "tribute to the wild" do?

I'm trying to wrap my mind around the absolute shenanigans available with Riku. Imagine this: Riku and Doubling Season on the field. You cast Avenger of Zendikar, and copy him with Riku. You now have 3 Avengers, and... 6 times as many Plant tokens as you have lands in play. LOL.
Riku is the sickest Legendary they released so far. Animar is great but he needs to be kind of built around. i like Riku because RUG is easily a counter/control/creature color pie <3
OMG, just thought of another degenerate use for Riku. Cast Gilded Drake, copy it. Grab 2 creatures from opponents, which can then ALSO be copied! Holy crap...
edit: rereading his ability, maybe I've got part two wrong, but copying the Gilded Drake still seems pretty solid.
I mentioned this in my post on this guy/deck in New Card Discussion, but not only is Riku great with Evoke in general, he works especially well with Aethersnipe in particular.
For a total of 1UUUG you end up bouncing an opponent's permanent, getting a 4/4 token you don't have to sacrifice, and returning the Aethersnipe to your hand so you can repeat every turn (or more than once per turn if you have tons of mana).

I think I like seeing the deck lists more than the legend. Not saying the legend is bad... it's quite good and fun actually, but now I am quite serious to what the land Homeward Path does...
I like how Intet and Animar synergize with Riku so well. Both let you essentially cheat on mana (Intet's a little tougher to go with though), so copying is easier to do. "Dream Team"
First off, it's not that great of a card. Letting your opponent look through your entire deck and choose the cards you get is not that great of an effect. Plus, none of the other decks got their original wedge cards like Overgrown Estate, Lightning Angel, Fervent Charge, and Fungal Shambler. So why would this deck get Guided Passage? It doesn't really need it anyways. What it needs is more EDH staples like Eternal Witness and stuff.

Guided passage is a pretty good card in a format where you might not be the guy winning, and the other guy losing lets you demonic tutor three times for three mana.
He'd be fun with the Kamigawa Dragons, Keiga, the Tide Star would be particularly mean. Cast, make token copy, they both die to legend rule, steal two creatures! At least until Homeward Path ruins it.

Especially when you can double it with Riku... 6 cards for 5 mana isn't bad at all.

I'm mostly coming from a flavor perspective here. I would have LOVED to see them print a charm for each of these wedge dragons a-la: Rith's Charm or Crosis's Charm but along with the Alara charms I think they have explored them pretty thoroughly/ they would end up overpowered.
O hello! It takes me a while to understand what cards do. >_>

I think he meant Homeward Path, not Command Tower.

Also works with things like Man-o'-War.

First thing that popped up into my head was that they made him look as hell like a stereotypical modern day asian.
Second thing was they played it on a joke I hear once in a while, " All asian's look the same".
