Destructive Force in RG Ramp with Primeval Titan might be handy. Your mana base will rebuild rather quickly while you swing for 6. I especially like the fact that the Titan lets you fetch any two lands, not just basic lands.
DF will clear most creatures, especially the increase in vampires we're likely to see after Alara rotates.

May your games be chaotic and your decks be Rogue.
Mass Polymorph = allies being amazing. What's that? No lands clogging up your warp spots? No killing yourself by running out of land?
Sounds like a good deal to me. And it costs even less than warp, so allies can go off even earlier! Man. My mother (yes, she plays allies) is going to be happy with this.

If I'm going to push allies with an expensive blue spell, wouldn't I be just as well off with Rite of Replication? It's more expensive (when kicked) and color intensive, but I get to keep all my allies in play and I have Harabaz Druid anyway.
That said, Mass Polymorph is a very interesting card, even if it's going to be a lot harder to work with than Polymorph.
I'm looking at destructive force from a slightly different direction than wildfire. I'm thinking about it like I would obliterate.
Turn seven this could break the opponent's back, especially if you're running a little bit of reanimation.
I'm not sure how viable it would be, but a little everflowing chalice action alongside a voltaic key (or possibly some lucky pyretic rituals) could get you there just early enough to not die horribly, leaving you in a much better position than your opponent.
The only problem would by trying to make the thing consistent at all. Too bad we don't have Sac-lands.

Mass Polymorph → 4 x Bogardan Hellkite = Instant win.
You're forgetting Karthus, Tyrant of Jund which is legal in the same formats means you'd only need 2 hellkites. Malfegor might actually be worth it too since once you play mass polymorph you aren't going to have much left.
I imagine if I was going for a highly specialised package Madrush Cyclops, Emrakul, Iona would be my choice.
I don't think the answer is highly specialised stuff though. A deck full of kozilek's predators, awakening zones, primeval titan, ondu giant, terastradon, khalni garden, man of war, with a few big eldrazi might be the way to go then you don't have to worry about very few resources and drawing the wrong ones.
I think that eliminating the issue of targeted removal is worth the two mana, and that Mass Polymorph might breathe a little life into the Polymorph enterprise. Maybe.

Er.....you're missing my point.
4 Bogardan Hellkites mean you can deal 20 damage directly at you're opponent's face without the need of attacking. even if they have Baneslayer Angel in play.
Mass Polymorph makes it so Polymorph players can't have two Emrakuls or Ionas as their targets -- showing two legendary creatures would fail hard. Instead, when it goes off, we'll be staring down an Emrakul, Iona, Progenitus, and whatever else (a Sphinx of Steel Wind?).
This also means it'll be possible to play Polymorph with a few creatures, so long as you can produce a good amount of spawn. Maybe 3 Nest Invaders and 3 Kozilek's Predators? With a few plants to top it off, you will grab at least one of your bombs from the mix.

Right, but he's saying a Karrthus wouldn't hurt. What if you drew 1 or 2 Hellkites before you cast *ugh* Mass Polymorph? This helps....and if your opponent flips up a Broodmate Dragon, well that's just gravy.

Meh. That's a little too expensive for the effect.
