lol. I dont think anyone was looking at the DotP deck threads cause the decks are so horrible. So - no one specifically called this out as new artwork in its own thread. (Thats also an Iphone photo - not a scan.)

Not necessarily sharing, but copying. Perhaps you've met Chandra before, whether on friendly or unfriendly terms, and observed her using a particular spell that allowed her to burn a summoned creature and its master in one action. You decide to practice and/or research in order to replicate the spell's effects, and eventually gain the knowledge to cast it yourself. Congratulations, you can now cast Chandra's Outrage!
And as Tezzeret said, it's no different than the many, many spells with names tied to other non-planeswalker individuals. I had been expecting these kinds of cards to come out for a while, so I'm not surprised now, though I am pleased to see how well the "familar" cycle turned out with regard to synergy with their associated planeswalker.
Why is there as logo of the M11 some kind of M in a circle and not M11??

Take your monoblack deck, then set aside 14 swamps. Add 4 Creeping Tar Pits, 4 Darkslick Shores, 4 Drowned Catacombs, and 2 Jwar isle Refuge and add 4 Jace, the Mindsculptors. Your monoblack deck is instantly better. Better yet, drop those refuges, throw in some islands and some mana leaks, and lo and behold, you're now playing a real deck. Congratulations. Welcome to the world of competitive M:TG.
If planeswalkers weren't being touted so avidly in the latest sets, I would definitely point at Arcanis in the artwork. However, the flavour text (same as promo and M10) gives it all away... Jace it is.

Why do you think it's Jace? Just because the flavor text quotes him? Does Kindled Fury depict Ajani? Does Summoner's Bane depict Jace? Cards can quote characters without featuring them in the artwork, you know...
Agreed, quoting someone does not mean they are on the card.
