Pretty terrible, unfortunately. Doesn't always do what you want. Sometimes it's a 2/2 for 1GG with no abilities and the drawback that your opponent knows what you're drawing.
Now this is a excellent card. Too bad I'm not much of an elf fan.

I believe the closest translation is:
Attack one beating chicken of 4 cards, then erase 3 minus from your battleax. Never in your main phase will you do a 4 cards risen, but McDonald of 2 to the punish-bin. Again, beat softly to the end.
Take your monoblack deck, then set aside 14 swamps. Add 4 Creeping Tar Pits, 4 Darkslick Shores, 4 Drowned Catacombs, and 2 Jwar isle Refuge and add 4 Jace, the Mindsculptors. Your monoblack deck is instantly better. Better yet, drop those refuges, throw in some islands and some mana leaks, and lo and behold, you're now playing a real deck. Congratulations. Welcome to the world of competitive M:TG.
Geez, how many times has this been said & how many times has it been said that dies to removal doesn't make a card bad.
According to Gatherer here have been 77 creatures with shroud, 16 with Indestructible & 8 with troll shroud - ever. So out of 5656 creatures on the Gatherer, 101 get around removal. The other 5555 die to some kind of removal.
I mean, in the name of hades, Goyf dies to terminate, baneslayer dies to terminate, every creature in Boss Naya, Vamps... hell almost every creature in standard dies to terminate.
haha I was kidding. But seriously, there's a lot of competition for good three drops. Do you go for the always dependable 4/5 or the hip new cats that can be Fallouted away with the rest of your dudes? This is about as reliable as playing Khalni Hydra on turn three and having it stick.. but never-the-less, I quite enjoy this card.
EDIT: I think the element of unreliability--in more flattering terms: "chance"--is why I like this card. like 'fetch land, go fishing for three more damage!'
At least if they keep it up then I wont have to think much when choosing a block deck for San Juan
I don't see how this card is bad but okay, please make statements without explaining. In a green deck, you are either gonna have a land to pump out your 4/5 or 5/5 or you are gonna have a creature to make this guy a 5/5 either way win win

Because she's the hero standard deserves, but not the one it needs right now... and so we'll chase her... because she can take it... because she's not a hero... she's a silent guardian
Pure love in casual, i'm not sure about competitive, i like this card.
RoE is the ultimate casual set, almost no competitive cards but everything looks fun like a barrel of monkeys. I love this set. And it will be a hell of fun in limited too.

Yawgmoth, the ruler of Phyrexia, Lord of the Wastes, Father of Machines, is DEAD. He's passed on. He is no more! He has ceased to be! He is expired and gone to meet his maker! He is a stiff! Bereft of life, he rests in peace! He kicked the bucket, He has shuffled off his (apparently)mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!
look at decks like mythic and mono green ... all they play is creatures or land... so unless u just dont need mana this card is always gonna be playable. and hell if u can sack it up u can get ridiculous fast beats with him. and hell in mono green u have baloth, archdruid, and this guy. if anything this guy will probably attract removal and if he doesnt he has the potential to be a beating

What the hell is a druid shaman?
One elf's a druid, the other's a shaman. They've done this type of thing before, remember the duos in Shadowmoor?

This. You don't stick it in decks with lots of other card types.

The 4/5 I should have played instead of this? Yeah, sure whatever.
Its bad because its inconsistent, and will most of the time not do what you want.
Inb4 BUT YOU CAN BUILD AROUND IT!!!111 (Protip: you build around powerful cards ie Jace 2.0, a 5/5/manaelf for 3 its not a powerful card by definition)

Protip: 5/6(noble hierarch) power pointed at your opponent's head from turn 3 on is a lot of pressure, and powerful by definition. Now you build around it to make sure it pretty consistently does do that.
Recent discussions here and elsewhere have made it clear that there seems to be a group of players who consider blue and control synonymous, as if they somehow started playing a game with four identical and "bad" colors that do nothing interesting because they just "turn men sideways" and then true, glorious blue, the only thinking person's color.

Great design, overrated card. Too much up to chance, too inconsistent - you can't rely on it being a 5/5 for three when you need it to -, and unless you fill your deck with just creatures and lands, you'll also have a 2/2 for 3 part of the time.

It's pretty simple. The card is called Mul Daya Channelers. Channelers alluding to TWO of these so called people "channeling."
One's an Elf Druid.
The other's an Elf Shaman. Ta-da, mystery solved?
Is what I do.

Neither does Bloodbraid Elf....
That's why you build a deck that can abuse it.
Come on, you can't rate a card in the abstract.

I fail to see how a great versatile 3 drop is a bad card. This guy is really good.

Absurdly fun card, but not for Standard.
Could not agree more.
That card rules. Never tough I'd see a 3 drop that could compete with Knight of the Reliquary that soon.
I'm a Spike Vorthos - I love lore and flavor, but only if the cards are competition worthy.
