Cliffrunner Behemoth - 3G
Creature - Rhino Beast (R)
Cliffrunner Behemoth has haste as long as you control a red permanent.
Cliffrunner Behemoth has lifelink as long as you control a white permanent.
5/3
and the ability of Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer has an activate cost WU, making it
Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer - 1WU
Legendary Creature - Human Rogue (R) WU,T: Put a Bribery counter on target creature you don't control, then its controller draw a card.
Creature with Bribery counters on it cannot attack or block.
2/2.
btw, the rule sheet in Conflux pack states "Conflux is so amazing that it has a whooping number of 6 cards w/ WUBRG as casting cost/alt cost while there're only 23 ever printed in the MTG history."
Quite ironic, huh?
Ed: some of these Chinese cards might actually be a bit off. I'm looking at Rakka Mar, the card source in fact says "... 3/1 red elemental creature token w/ haste..." while the token we got from wotc is .. well .. slow. We could probably blame the déjà vu since all 3/1 red elements before conflux come with haste (are they?), which means there might be other errors among these cards, or perhaps we could hope for the better ?
Ed again: trivial. Nobel Hierarch is a Druid so that we could remove the question mark there.
Wow, Gwafa got even worse, but the Cliffrunner os pretty nuts in limited. Even just the lifelink would be fine, but both lifelink and haste make this guy a very early pick.
Cliffrunner Behemoth seems cool. It looks like Bloodhall Ooze's counterpart, except that this can be "set up" before the card is actually played, like Goyf. This is no Goyf, though.
Gwafa Hazid isn't incredible, but the idea behind the card is cool. "Here, take this bribe, just don't fight at all, OK?"
I hope Cliffrunner doesn't become expensive. As pointed out below, Birds Turn 1, Thoctar Turn 2, and this Turn 3 is insane.
This only strengthens my theory that we're missing something on kederekt parasite. Now that's three rares that get nice bonuses when you control permanents of their allied colors.

As much as I'm against the OTT view that this card is going to solo tournaments, cure cancer and make Susan Boyle attractive I'm not really a fan of the opposing camp who think it slaughters puppies and sired Justin Bieber.
Sure, the beast is good, but that entire cycle should have been uncommon. As of now, people are saying "Oh, that's a pretty early pick in limited!" on what seems to be a rare DESIGNED for limited. Because it sure as hell wasn't designed for constructed.
Conflux is sure to be a great set for drafting, but this is just murder.

Agreed.
I stand by that I think it is a howling mine effect...
At any rate, I really like the Behemoth. It fits into my Mayael EDH deck well enough.
I guess Gwafa needed to pay mana to play the ability...right? :/

I don't understand all the hate for Gwafa... sheesh! Pacifisms every turn for WU? Why the heck not... He's a must kill.
Here's something I know you haven't though of yet.... Gwafa simply rocks if you have a teammate! Hey, teammate, sorry your creature is on its way to the graveyard... here have a card.
Agreed.

I tend to agree with you seds, the only other thing I can see it being is an effect that lets you draw when your opponent does. I know that for one mana that's obscenely powerful, but, considering it requires you to have a blue permanent, and that the parasite is so small that it dies if you even look at it funny, I could see it.
If either ability is the case, it's no bob, but it'll do.

Behomoth is good in limited but Gwafa Hazid is horrible. Possibly the worst rare created. It's not even good as an EDH general and if you want the colors Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is a much better card.
Cliffrunner Behemoth- a 5/3 hasty lifelinked creature for 3G is very nice and it's relatively easy to have a red and a white creature in play before hand even in limited. In constructed the 3 toughness is annoying and 4cc is maybe a touch high but it works very nicely with everyones favorite one drop Figure of Destiny.
Gwafa- worse than before, but I still doubt it's a rare, didn't wizards say that legends and planeswalkers were all going to be mythic from now on. Still reusable removal of a sort is nothing to sneeze at so it should be limited playable at least.

Maybe they thought Gwafa Hazid would help bring Owling Mine to Extended?
Yeah, I got nothing, that is TERRIBLE if confirmed. Unless there's other cards in the set which deal with Bribery counters or something. I guess. I mean, it doesn't even have haste, so you can't even use it to immediately remove a blocker if you topdeck it in limited.
The behemoth is nice, though. land noble hierarch, land wooly thoctar, land cliffrunner behemoth serve for 10 and gain 5? Naya.dec has a potential turn 4 kill with this guy.

Here's something I know you haven't though of yet.... Gwafa simply rocks if you have a teammate! Hey, teammate, sorry your creature is on its way to the graveyard... here have a card.
All the hate is based on the fact that those creatures only stay pacified while Gwafa is in play. That makes her extremely vulnerable. And like other people said by giving the opponent cards you are giving them a high chance of having a kill card in hand, once they have a kill card they have all their creatures back.
There are things that could make Gwafa playable. Giving her shroud or protection would work. aking her indestructable would work (but be way of flavor). But being that this is the second person to spoil the card and neither person had an ability to help it probibly wont have one.
She could probibly make a passable EDH general as you could play her again to re-pacify the creatures. But even that is a long shot.
Of coure you can always go with the "good in limited and bad everywhere else" junk.
Basically. Its kinda annoying that Wizards insists that the flavour of mythics will be super important, and then simply disregards it for the sake of whatever.

I'm still holding out hope that the wording is just wrong, and it's an effect that works like Aquitect's Will.
The formatting might matter here... If it's formatted as:
WU,T: Put a Bribery counter on target creature you don't control, then its controller draws a card. Creatures with Bribery counters on them cannot attack or block.
Rather than:
WU,T: Put a Bribery counter on target creature you don't control, then its controller draw a card.

Then the pacifism would be a permanent effect of the activated ability, rather than a static ability that Gwafa has in addition to the activated ability.

POWER CREEP!!! OMFGZ.
But yeah. Gwafa is an epic fail. It looks like a card that was rejected from Legends. Which is saying a lot. "Because a vanilla 7/4 for 7 is more powerful than this guy" Yup.

So you believe the parasite has "If you control a blue permanent, draw a card" or "If you control a blue permanent, each player draws a card"?
If so it could easily go from quite a bit.
