We have the second part already (it boils down to "Dragon"). The first part is AFAIK the only thing we haven't yet used for anything. I suppose it could somehow be the rarity, albeit it seems a bit involved for that.
Oh, we have the first part as creature? Missed that, although it makes sense.
For the top, go to the disambiguation page on Wikipedia for Creature.
For the bottom, read every first letter, then every second... It gives a clue that hints dragon.
EDIT: I'm not completely serious on this one, but I find it odd that the only way to actually fill in the blank he left is with the word Irish as far as I can tell...
So far, I have it as: Voracious Dragon 3RR
Creature- Dragon [Rare]
Flying, Devour 1
Voracious Dragon deals damage equal to twice the number of creatures it devoured to target creature or player.
4/4
Okay, very good so far (you people actually scare me how fast you figured this out) but you're missing one crucial element. Maybe another hint is in order...
Wow, that was quick, I was away for only an hour and a bit and suddenly a new puzzle was released and already it's solved.
Voracious Dragon- Seems like a pretty huge limited bomb, big flying devour dragons have proven pretty good and the burn effect helps mitagate the pain of sacrificing creatures. Constructed wise i'm unsure, but i think that Predator Dragon is probably going to keep this from getting anywhere since it fills essentially the same purpose and does it a touch better.

It seems like it needs some sort of trigger for the ability maybe?

Are you referring to the fact that the ability has no trigger? It's probably when it comes into play, unless you mean that there is another clue that we haven't solved...
You guys can check me on this, this is what I used for the second ability:
[Tilde] [bargains] [Enemy Territory (no splash)] equal to [Two Way Interactive Connections in Education] the [abstract object used in counting and measuring] of [18 on wiki list] [consumed] to [Wal-Mart and The Home Depot competitor] [homophone of a HP character] or [VLC media]
The only one I don't get is the "homophone (word with same sound) of a HP character" - I just put "creature" in there because it fit logically. Anybody that knows either Hewlett-Packard, or, more likely, Harry Potter, feel free to correct me if I've made a mistake.
If it's not a win-con for elf-ball, then it probably can only snipe creatures.
Or hits everything
It would seem to be a little redundant to Hellion if it hit everything. I'm guessing that it's to target creature since it uses twice the amount of damage.
Too bad Hellion is better most of the time. :\
GJ guys...
As for homophone of an HP character... Creature is correct. Obviously. (but for proof, there is a character called "Kreacher")
EDIT: If it can hit players... it's pretty good. >_>

You guys might want to take a closer look at this list. Mr. Stuff is on the right track, just look at each clue here very carefully.

Yes, that was sort of odd. However I had to leave it blank as Googling the entire sequence I wrote takes you directly to the Wikipedia page. I wasn't sure if leaving it blank was too misleading but in the end it didn't faze you guys.
If you go here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goblin_(disambiguation) - something that resembles the Goblin creature type is 18th from the bottom, or the first. So I guess it only deals damage equal to twice the number of goblins devoured.

It makes sense, but it doesn't seem as firm of a pointer as the other clues we've done.
Ugh. That IS important, but also massively tones down the card.
EDIT: The above based on Goblins. Since Jund Dragons eat Goblins, I guess this makes flavour sense, but it is still kind of annoying given a lot of Jund tokens are saprolings.
I think maybe it just means it has 18 entries on its Wiki page, which means Goblins fits. Also, obviously sucks in Elfball unless you Mirror Entity first.

I'm betting it's a cypher. Any takers?
Go back and read the thread. The first part is "creature", the second part is "dragon".

a _________ slang term = an Irish slang term...
so is it a Creature - Irish Dragon?

Nuh uh.
By the way, I don't actually know the rarity.

Nope. Walmart and Home Depot competetor is Target, and VLC Media is player.
