My sources have given me two new cards. The first puzzle was apparently too easy for you, so I hope this will be a little more entertaining. Well you asked for 'Nerd' hard.....
Unstable Frontier
Uncommon Land
:symtap:: Add to your mana pool.
:symtap:: target land you control becomes the basic land type of your choice until end of turn.
Rupture Spire
Common Land
Rupture Spire comes into play tapped.
When Rupture Spire comes into play, sacrifice it unless you pay :1mana:.
:symtap:: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
first one seems to have the word basic in it aswell so i would think something to do with basic land types.....or interactions with a basic land permanent
My guess something along the lines of.....Target land becomes basic type of your choice until end of turn.
I got the secconf one:
land
rupture
spire
comes
into
play
tapped
when
rupture
spire
comes
into
play
sacrifice
it
unless
you
pay
(1)
tap
to
add
one
mana
of
any
color
to
your
mana
pool
Sensibly I can't imagine the "static" ending up having pieces of EOT text is likely for anything since the rest of the text surrounding is useless for even piecemeal application like EOT is gotten by.
I'd recommend starting with the CC - since the (1) is quite likely intended as a single character to represent 1 and the only other mana symbol friendly character is the U towards the front - I'd imagine we're looking at a U1 CC card with some sort of skipping mechanism to determining the letters, but with a simple skip 11 pattern it doesn't work - although assuming normal formatting CC should be after card name, which would obviously be a bit more difficult to toss into the blender to figure out.
i.e. stop madness based chaos thinking and start thinking more methodically - I doubt it's just a random jumble.
Rupture Spire comes into play tapped. When Rupture Spire comes into play sacrifice Rupture Spire unless you pay (1 life/mana?).
Tap: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
So from cha0s's post, it is:
Rupture Spire
Land (unknown rarity, probably rare)
~ comes into play tapped.
When ~ comes into play, sacrifice it unless you pay 1. T: Add one mana of any colour to your mana pool.
OR
Rupture Spire
Land (unknown rarity, probably rare)
~ comes into play tapped.
When ~ comes into play, sacrifice it unless you pay 1 life. T: Add one mana of any colour to your mana pool.
Probably gonna get used with reflecting pool. Lots.

With all, put the same thing except with / in front of what type of tags they are (like [/card]) to close them.

1 of what?
It must be mana, which would make it quite interesting. If it were life...it would be too good. However, it now seems hard to analyze, because it slows you down the turn you play it...but after that it's insane...
So far I've been able to see within those letter these prashes/words: Until end of turn, Target, Mana Pool, You Control, Add Colorless, Tap...
I think it may be something like "Add 1 to your mana when you tap a land you control for mana until end of turn"

I guess I'm just underestimating the amount of free time some of you have. Now I'm getting a little aggravated. I may just have to spend more than 5 minutes on these puzzles.

I don't think the first one has anything to do with land, but you can see the word land in there...
I think the last phrase of the first clue is "until end of turn" somehow...hrm...cipher time?

It seems like its some kind of: pay 1 to make any land a basic of your choice until end of turn. or something like that.

I see 5 color control abusing this in standard.
lame flavor wise if correct.

Actually 5CC and Maybe a new "Zoo/Control" like in Ravnica will form? I just wish Glare of Subdual would be reprinted or remade on a new card...
