Mmmmm, Eternal Witness. Now that is what I would love. Man, type 2 would go Crazy with Witness back and Reya and Man Lands... not to mention Piledriver and so forth.
I don't think the first image is any of the cards suggested so far. She's is divining using skulls, which suggests that she is a shaman or druid of some kind, and the Kavu standing above her suggests that she calls a creature card into your hand. I don't see a thematic relation to Eternal Witness or Recollect at all.
The third one is almost certainly Volraths Shapeshifter, especially if you compare it to the previous artwork from stronghold. This would be a welcome addition to the Extended card pool, and maybe even Standard.

EDIT: Hm well, the Gaeas Herald theory could work, but I don't see them changing the artwork for that card. It's current artwork is so prolific, being used with tremendous frequency on Wizards.
Confirmed is confirmed, though. The third art is Herald.
The guy on the left looks like a Cyclops to me (For reference, see Bloodshot Cyclops), though we cant see his eye, oddly enough. Hmm.
And... really? Gaea's Herald? Meh. That picture is so awesome. And so out of place on herald, imho. Well, on the other hand, all the art looks awesome so far! Maybe it'll just get better.

Look at his arms and legs; he's made of stone (at least, not flesh). I'm thinking Colossus of Sardia. Or Juggernaut, maybe. Or Bosh (though he doesn't look like iron, I can't think of much else that's big, stone(ish), and man-shaped)

They talked about the original elementals (relatively) recently on MTG.com, mostly with reference to how Brine Elemental is an homage to Water Elemental.
I liked all the original elementals. They were solid cards. Not sure how they would fare in the modern world, though.
EDIT: Of the ones you mentioned, Kami of Old Stone seems to be the closest fit, art-wise. Except the new art seems rather aggressive, and that doesn't really fit in with a 1/7.
If anyone knows why G0-DRAW was banned I would love it if they would PM me. That guy was pure entertainment 100% of the time. Plus he never publicly responded to his Contraptions "Proof" that never panned out.
The first one really does seem like Recollect, as a whole. The focus is what the caster is doing to the skull, which is the main component of the spell. And look at the creature in the background. It's the creature the skull belonged to, and it's emerging from the caster's mind, as she recollects it.
Sense, eh?
And I have no idea about the others. The gigantic golem on the left should be blue, since the two others are obviously green and they have green borders and font. Purely speculation, though.
We can rule out Compost, since it's already been announced that they're not releasing concentrated color hosers. Instead we have cards that hose both of their enemy colors in a less potent way, like Deathmark.
The picture on First Post with the woman and the snakes and the whole bunch of other animals reminds me of Chameleon Blur; and not just because it's... well, a blur.
But somehow I still think it'll be something like Collective Unconscious - in flavour. Not necessarily that card. I mean, as in, a Green spell, probably rare, that will ultimately capture Green's oneness with natural beasts, its co-dependence on them, et cetera.
What other cards are there?
The golem... I think I know what the golem is... hold on a minute...

Remember they considered Regrowth for 9th (or was it 8th?) and decided it was over the curve.
The first picture would be cool if it was Witness. =]
WoW is so addictive.

It is already confirmed to be Gaea's Herald.

Herald is the third art, not the first. ^-^
Confirmed is confirmed, though. The third art is Herald.
That guy's too complicated. I doubt they'd give us Indestructible or his shuffle-in drawback in a Core Set.

EDIT: I thought of a few more: Stone Spirit, Stone Giant, or Kami of Old Stone.
What about Earth Elemental?

Ah Seds, the love is deep and thick for yah.
While I would Love it if they brought E witness back, I think the first art is just Recollect.

It certainly makes sense in a core set.
