Wow, that's an interesting counterspell. It actually seems pretty good, considering you'll be able to counter by three turns from now. I also like the idea of gaining life based on the mana-symbols. That gave me a good chuckle. Can be really good in a green-intensive deck... obviously. Also, that flavor text cracks me up.

Maybe in Standard in that rotation, but I don't think Delay would ever replace Remand as a counter, regardless of how interesting and/or good it is. ...and I do think it is good.
It might, the thing is remand forces the player to spend the mana again, and you get a cantrip, for this one you slow your opponent down by a few turns. It's a great card, and it may see play in the older formats.
Feast is almost definitely shifted either from Future Sight, or the ligthly-hinted-at 'Everything is tiny' block.
Edit: Delay and Remand work as polar oposites IMO. Remand is really good early --> mid game, where it effectivly stops whatever they would do that turn, and cantrips. Delay is great late game where remanding would just make them replay the card, while delay buys you three turns.

Edit: I just realized that with Teferi this is basically a hard counter for 1U. That is nuts, especially when you can cast this before Teferi is even out. Personally, I think this is situationally better than Remand since your opponent HAS to wait three turns, and cannot just cast it the same or next turn. Also, great for U/W control because it gives you time to set up a Wrath, with the creature only getting in one beat instead of two or three.
Delay's pretty cool. Sort of a "fixed" Ertai's Meddling. Not as good for delay tricks like Meddling was ("suspend" Fatty for a turn, and then Jokulhaups, or something), but as a counterspell, much more efficient.
Feast is very interesting. Martyr of Sands showed that massive amounts of life gain based on the cards in your hand can be quite potent, but 2GGG is harder to muster than 1W, this can't beat, and it is much harder to recur. Still, a quick acceleration into this in a green deck (running say, a full complement of Groundbreaker and like cards) can obliterate the chances of an aggro deck to take it down.

The feast is a clumsy spell that can make you laugh but not play it. Delay, on the other hand looks good, even for limited. Not on the power level of Remand or some such, but still good and again at a cmc of 2.

I will hate Delay..... first, it's cheapo, and when the suspended card is coming, it'll get Rewind, so in the end, useless.
The Feast however, could be interesting. Granted, cards with 3 or more G on its cost isn't too common (I remember only Force of Nature, Autochthon Wurm..... nohing else). Plus, the sorcery speed AND high cost totally hurts it; This is less viable to use than Dryad's Caress, IMO.
that counterspell looks like a HUGE pain...haha im never excited to see good counters added to the set. anyway green is getting some garbage in that overcosted lifegain card....so one good card(though dreaded by yours truly) and one boring lifegain card...and a sorcery at that... regardless, i am LOVING the onslaught of rumormill goodness, im glad to see it swinging in full like the good old days
with all the love blue has been getting, i think im about ready to convert to control...sorry aggro, sorry combo....i can just counter-wrath you all away...
I love the counter...I know it will see some constructed action. The lifegain spell seems a little overcosted, I don't like it. Does it give you 4 lives (for example) ir you have Llanowar Elves?

Delay is extremely powerful in Tempo decks and as has been said decks that use Teferi as a win condition. Aggro-Control also might get a use out of it since delaying for 3 turns usually means you can keep swinging and win then.
I also like how Delay can easily turn the tables on a card that is horrible later but good then. Like oh I delay Wildfire lets see if you want that to resolve in 3 turns bud.
About the green life-gain card I like it its definitely very powerful in a heavy green deck which there might be more of coming in Lorwyn if it is indeed a heavy mono-color block as people seem to think it is.
Thoose thinking Dealy is like Meddling it may be similar but meddling requires 4 mana to do what Delay does with 2. Of course with loads more mana Meddling can be more powerful.
Not to mention Delay is nuts against counters ok see if you want your cancel to resolve during your own upkeep phase.
Absolutely agreed! The first thing I thought was "This thing will work great in Scrib&Force when Remand rotates out!" Ok, you don´t get the cantrip, but it´s like always better than Mana Leak, cause against Force you will likely be dead, when your spell resolves in three turns.

not really sure what to think of the phosphorescent feast... i'm not sure if it's playable in constructed, but the concept is quite nice...
delay, i think, is quite good... maybe near the same power level as remand IMO... as someone had said already, they are quite different... remand is a good early game denial or to delay (not the card) a high-cost card. remand doesn't really play well late in the game against lower costed spells (although it does give you a chance to draw into another answer to the spell). delay does not give you any sort of tempo advantage like remand does, but it does give you 3 chances to draw an answer once it the spell gets played... the results they give are different but the still good...
