Wow, nice find bradleyjx, lots of new cards there.
Steeling Strike- Nice limited trick, forecast ability is also pretty useful. Guessing uncommon.
Helium Squirter- As a 3/3 jumper for 4U its okay on its own, with the graft ability and the jump ability working with any creature with counters he's a limited playable. Stupid name though, hopefully he's a common.
Demon's Jester- As a 2/2 flyer for 3B he's boarderline limited playable and when hellbent kicks in a 4/3 flyer is always pretty strong. Should be common.
Azorious Herald- I really like these new "filter" creatures for 1WU he's a 2/1 unblockable which gains you 4 life when it comes into play, without blue he gains 4 life anyway which is sometimes worthwhile. Probably uncommon like Hussar of the Court was.
Psychotic Fury- Its cheap, instant and a cantrip definitely worth a place in any limited deck with a high number of multicolor creatures. Hopefully common but it could be uncommon because of the rarity of doublestrike.
Guardian of Guildpact- a 2/3 for 3W is pretty mediocre but pro mono color does cover alot of the creatures and some of the removal in the environment, definitely limited playable. Hopefully a common.
Bound//Determined- Bound is pretty strong at instant speed for 3BG you can sacrifice a gold creature which was going to die(from combat or spell) and then return it and another card from your graveyard to your hand. Determined is very cool at UG it is a cantrip and prevents your spells being countered this turn making it a good anti control card. This split card can also be put on a scepter although bound's wording means you'll only get 1 use out of that side. It should be a rare.
Azorious Aethermage- It was mediocre at WU and now at 1WU its just plain bad. I really hope its a common.
Azorious Ploy- An expensive combat trick which could potential have a major impact on the game, but most likely won't, limited playable at best. Hopefully a common but complex enough to be uncommon.
Bond of Agony- Just plain bad paying X mana + B and X life just to make each other play lose X life is horrible, not even limited playable. It had better be common.
Brain Pry- A decent 2cc discard spell, its either a semi Cabal Therapy or a more expensive sorcery speed black Peek, either of which are okay. Probably an uncommon.
Bronze Bombshell- A 4/1 artifact creature for 4, it might be okay in some limited decks as an aggro creature(you'd need a lot of removal to force it through). The ability is a strange anti Control Magic pro Donate effect which will seldom do anything. Interesting enough to be an uncommon(+ of course its a non mana artifact).
Carom- A nice cheap instant cantrip'd combat trick(a 1 point semi Shining Shoal), definitely limited playable. Probably Common but possibly uncommon.
Crypt Champion- Another "filter" creature this on is a mixture of Unearth and Exhume on a 2/2 doublestriker for 2RB, definitely playable although in constructed your opponent returning Sakura-Tribe Elder is a nuisance. Again probably uncommon.
Delirium Skeins- Playable in a limited hellbent deck, won't see constructed play unless hellbent is very strong. Hopefully a common.
Elemental Resonance- A horrible card, the fact that you can't predict the amount of mana or the color makes it totally unusable unless you have a mana sink. Probably a "bad" rare.
Flame-Kin War Scout- a 2/4 for 3R is pretty mediocre but its ability(if you get it out with a board advantage) makes your opponent trade their next creature for it or wait until they find a 5 toughness creature, limited playable. Probably uncommon.
Flash Foliage- A playable combat trick, a 3 cost 1 creature fog which deals 1 damage to the creature and draws you a card is a decent trick for limited especially in this fog light format. Probably a common.
Ghost Quarter- A solid card able to get rid of your opponents problem lands(IE guild halls and Karoo's) or as a bad mana fixer, limited playable possibly constructed worthy. Hopefully uncommon.
Gnat Alley Creeper- Its ability is next to useless since most flying creatures don't block anyway but a 3/1 for 3 is generally playable in limited. Should be common.
Ignorant Bliss- Enables hellbent for a turn, saves you from discard and draws you a card, its also a nifty anti howling owl deck piece of tech, possibly limited playable maybe constructed sideboard material. Probably an uncommon.
Kill-Suit Cultist- If it works so that you can put its damage on the stack and then sacrifice to kill a creature(like i think it does) then its a quasi playable 1 drop for limited(but only in rakdos). Should be common.
Kindle the Carnage- Its potentially a board sweeper and enables hellbent meaning its limited playable, pretty bad for constructed though. Probably another "bad" rare.
Loaming Shaman- A great creature, a 3/2 for 2G with no drawback and an ability which can actually be positive, either prevent you from milling or getting rid of an opponents annoying graveyard tricks, limited playable and probably constructed worthy. Should be Uncommon.
Magewrights Stone- It allows you to reuse creatures tap abilities or to use theme and still attack and its relatively cheap however its too much of a win more card to see much play especially since it needs to be built around. Should be an uncommon.
Nightcreep- It enables black color hosers and swamp hosers but its best use is to color screw an opponent for a turn. Its really hard to work out in terms of rarity, it could be a 15th pick common, a uncommon or even a "bad" rare(although hopefully not the rare).
Novijen, Heart of Progress- A nice guildhall with a relatively cheap and possibly powerful effect, the only problems being having to use it in your own turn and after casting creatures. Definitely uncommon.
Novijen Sages- Too expensive as a 4/4 for 4UU even with the graft ability and the ability to turn 2 counters into a card. Probably uncommon.
Pain Magnification- 1 sided effect which is relatively cheap, allows aggro decks with 3 and higher power creatures and burn to force you opponents to discard by doing what they do best anyway, probably a win more card but its interesting. It should be rare.
Psychic Possession- Maximum cool points as an enchant opponent, at the very least it draws you 1 extra card(since you draw your normal card and then your opponents card in their turn before starting to miss draw steps), it prevents you from milling and it allows you to take advantage of any draw engines you're opponent has, it also draws you a heap of extra cards against howling owl(if you really wanted to) because it only skips your draw phase not the upkeep where howling mine and kami trigger and it allows you to draw whenever your opponent does not just in their draw phase, i'm not sure if its playable in limited or constructed but its definitely cool. Definitely a rare.
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace- Decent guildhall with a symmetric effect which enhances hellbent and is great against control decks probably constructed and limited playable. Definitely uncommon.
Slithering Shade- An okay cheap pump wall without hellbent, an insanely good cheap creature with hellbent, limited playable in heavy black decks. Probably uncommon.
Sprouting Phytohydra- Another Avto card, its a bit expensive but its basically an eternal blocker, it becomes really cool if you can deal 1 damage to it(especially mutiple times) and create copies without killing the original, limited playable. Almost certainly rare.
Squealing Devil- Devil creature type is really cool, another "filter" creature this one is less playable since it requires extra payment to do anything and if you do the effect is only power boosting and at sorcery speed, however a 2/1 creature with fear for BR is still pretty solid. Most likely uncommon like the others in the cycle.
Stomp and Howl- Its just plain bad, its just like Decimate from oddessey in that it needs both card types in play(preferably on your opponents side) to even be able to be cast, plus its sorcery speed and costs 2G mana. I really hope its only common.
Stormscale Anarch- a 2/2 for 2RR is pretty meh, but reusable damage to 2R and a random discard is decent especially if you have a high number of multicolor cards and can deal 4 instead of 2 consistantly, it also enables hellbent, limited playable. Probably uncommon.
Street Savy- Its just like web but instead of the more common flyers all it enables you to block are land walkers, all up pretty mediocre. Probably uncommon.
Unliving Psychopath- Avto again, the ability is pretty expensive and only allows you to destroy creatures with power 3 or less(unaided anyway) but reusable removal is always solid so its most likely a good limited card. Should be rare.
Vigean Hydropon- Its a token generator not a creature, that said giving a +1/+1 counter to your next 5 creatures is pretty solid for only 1UG, should be limited playable. Hopefully a common but possibly uncommon.
Wakestone Gargoyle- Its a 3/4 flyer for 3W which should be okay except it requires you to pay 1W each time you attack with it, its also Rolling Stones on legs enabling a defender/wall deck, definitely solid for limited. Probably uncommon or maybe a "bad" rare.
War's Toll- A 1 sided effect that forces an opponent to choose between playing sorceries/creatures/artifacts/enchantments and playing instants, it also prevents from keeping blockers back, its potentially playable but not very too much of a win more card. Probably a mediocre rare.
All up most of the cards are limited only cards but its still a heap of new cards for the spoiler.
I'm wondering what the difference between a Devil and a Demon is in the MtG universe (other than quantity). Size, maybe? Well, between the new Squealing Devil, Stone-Throwing Devils, and Mistform Ultimus my Devil deck is definitely starting to shape up.
Though the come-into-play ability on the Stone-Throwing Devils definitely seems like stretching the whole "spells that might be creatures if you pay the right color mana" thing. But whatever.
Actually, that card is called Vision Skeins, and it only allows each player to draw two. Still pretty good, though, four cards for two mana. But you do skip your draw step.
Skeins triggers the Possesion. If your opponent is enchanted with Possesion and you play Skeins you are pretty muc saying "Each player draws two cards, you may draw two additional cards this turn." for 2 mana. Like I said, Niv-Control just got rediculous. For 2 mana (1 mana with Signet) I get instant draw two and if possesion is in play I may draw two more? Ok...thats a little crazy and constructed deck winner right there but moving on.
I think the mana filter guys are gonna rock in some deck thats running U/W/b agro-control using gain life guy plus some ninjas and a few other cards will really give new meaning to different kinds of agro decks in constructed.
Edit: sorry for giving draw decks the goahed to exploit niv.
[card=Dismal Failure]"Two magi could trade spells all day and never crown a victor.

Thanks bjx.
The cards don't seem too bad. Most seem playable.
Rakdos Guildmage
{B/R}{B/R}
Creature -- Zombie Shaman
2/2
({B/R} can be paid with either {B} or {R}.)
{3}{B}, Discard a card: Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn.
{3}{R}: Put a 2/1 red Goblin creature token with haste into play. Remove it from the game at end of turn.
All I can say about this is "great". Oh yeah, that Wizards columnist lied, that too.:)
Research
{G}{U}
Instant
Choose up to four cards you own from outside the game and shuffle them into your library.
//
Development
{3}{U}{R}
Instant
Put a 3/1 red Elemental creature token into play unless an opponent lets you draw a card. Repeat this process two more times.
Development still has rather clunky wording. It still needs a bit of "Development" (pun intended).:)
Azorius Herald
{2}{W}
Creature -- Spirit
2/1
Azorius Herald is unblockable.
When Azorius Herald comes into play, you gain 4 life.
When Azorius Herald comes into play, sacrifice it unless {U} was spent to play it.
Sweet deal!:) 1WU for a 2/1 unblockable Spirit. Although, I personally don't like the drawback idea that R&D have tacked on the CIP creatures. They all feel awfully multicolored.
Since when has W got unblockable creatures? That's a first, I'm pretty sure.
Bound
{3}{B}{G}
Instant
Sacrifice a creature. Return up to X cards from your graveyard to your hand, where X is the number of colors that creature was. Then remove this card from the game.
//
Determined
{G}{U}
Instant
Other spells you control can't be countered by spells or abilities this turn.
Draw a card.
Bound feels like a All Sun's Dawn, except it's worse, in my opinion.
//
Determined feels Gruul-ish, because R gets uncounterable, and so does G.
Guardian of the Guildpact
{3}{W}
Creature -- Spirit
2/3
Protection from monocolored
Guardian of the Guildpact is pretty good nowadays, but it would be better if all colors had this, i.e. if it were an artifact.
Bond of Agony
{X}{B}
Sorcery
As an additional cost to play Bond of Agony, pay X life.
Each other player loses X life.
This is like Channel-Ball. Right, old-schoolers?;)
Ghost Quarter
Land
{T}: Add {1} to your mana pool.
{T}, Sacrifice Ghost Quarter: Destroy target land. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card, put it into play, then shuffle his or her library.
Delirium Skeins
{2}{B}
Sorcery
Each player discards three cards.
Does this mean there is going to be a cycle? Maybe Flame Rift is going to be reprinted under a different name? Flaming Skeins?:) Delirium Skeins is a good for Hellbent.
Flame-Kin War Scout
{3}{R}
Creature -- Elemental Scout
2/4
When another creature comes into play, sacrifice Flame-Kin War Scout. If you do, Flame-Kin War Scout deals 4 damage to that creature.
This reminds me of Mogg Bombers; it isn't to shabby.
Nightcreep
{B}{B}
Instant
Until end of turn, all creatures become black and all lands become Swamps.
Kill-Suit Cultist
{R}
Creature -- Goblin Berserker
1/1
Kill-Suit Cultist attacks each turn if able.
{B}, Sacrifice Kill-Suit Cultist: The next time damage would be dealt to target creature this turn, destroy that creature instead.
Didn't Wizards say that there would be no off-color activations anymore in this set, and that they would come up with something different, like the CIP creatures?
Again, I suppose Wizards lied.
Stomp and Howl
{2}{G}
Sorcery
Destroy target artifact and target enchantment.
This is good, but not as good as Hull Breach. I personally don't think that it will be possible to cast it, because several decks either don't run artifacts, or don't run enchantments.
Check out an Orzhov control deck, and you will see that they are clumped with enchantments, such as Pillory of the Sleepless, and Faith's Fetters.
While, if you check out a Ghost Dad deck, you will see that it has Jitte, and whatnot.
Thanks bradleyjx!
Edit:
Psychic Possession
{2}{U}{U}
Enchantment -- Aura
Enchant opponent
Skip your draw step.
Whenever enchanted opponent draws a card, you may draw a card.
This is like Standstill. Lol, what if both (or all) players had Psychic Possessions "attached" to them?;)
Player and opponents aren't supposed to enchanted, except in Unhinged!:)
FAQ
Squealing Devil
{1}{R}
Creature -- Devil
2/1
Fear
When Squealing Devil comes into play, you may pay {X}. If you do, target creature gets +X/+0 until end of turn.
When Squealing Devil comes into play, sacrifice it unless {B} was spent to play it.
* For this creature to not be sacrificed, {B} must have been spent on the {1}{R} mana cost. It doesn't matter if {B} is spent on {X}.
* You choose the value of X as Squealing Devil's ability resolves. X can be 0.
Couldn't R&D made this an Imp?;) It's like a Howl from Beyond with a red 2/1 fear creature for R.:) Also sweet.:)
War's Toll
{3}{R}
Enchantment
Whenever an opponent taps a land for mana, tap all lands that player controls.
If a creature an opponent controls attacks, all creatures that opponent controls attack if able.
and I'll add:
i'm going to make it my personal mission to build a control deck around this beast and make people cry.
The main plus I see in the bond is that it is life loss and so is a way to get around worship, prevention, etc. Consume Spirit is probably better for mono-black without that caveat, black/green gets hurricane (though not in standard), black/red gets burn, and I don't think that black/white and black/blue are aggressive enough to need this card.
All the "enhanced" creatures revealed so far are like this. The creature half is correct in the enhancing color, and you only get them if you do pay mana of that color. And the CIP half are in the color of the card. So, basically they are sorceries with on-color effects if you don't pay the additional color, and you get the creature in addition if you pay the addional color (which has abilities suited to that color).
The XB drain life card is good if you are playing some guy running Worship and he is at 1-5 life. Thats about as far as I see it, because he cant prevent it in any way and its really stable as a spell. More then likely its a common because of the drawback.

I'm not sure if I like this U/W "Fish" style that WotC is pushing. I like my ***s. I like my insanely powerful threats. I like winning. Give me more win spells, like Absorb!

Oh is that all lol!? Yes Stax loves this card too. Definatly playable in T1 and I dont think they will restrict it so have fun playing upto 4 of in the deck.

Darkon~
Oh is that all lol!? Yes Stax loves this card too. Definatly playable in T1 and I dont think they will restrict it so have fun playing upto 4 of in the deck.
You're pretty certain about that Darkon~.:) How optimistic, brother. Maybe they will, because most Vintage decks don't run basic lands, just Moxen.:)
It's pretty cool:), but still it is worse than the original Strip Mine.
Right, bro?;)
With Crucible, this card can be used to create a lock. Nice.:)
Props to ellomdian, for giving me an idea about how to break this card.;) Thanks, brother.
I like the XUW "gain life and try to counter a spell" spell. You gain the life whether or not they pay and if its countered you pretty much get absorb; if you have augustine out its fun!
Edit: Yes I feel very optimistic about Vintage because recently I made my T1 R/B goblins and its fun to play. Lockdown with un-restricted cards, yes please!

Didn't Wizards say that there would be no off-color activations anymore in this set, and that they would come up with something different, like the CIP creatures?
Again, I suppose Wizards lied.
No, I'm pretty sure Wizards never said that. This is a multicolored set. Which fulfills cycles set out in Ravnica. Which includes commons with off-color activations. Why would they print 2 sets of it and then stop? You're imagining things.
Good god!Green is getting the short end of the stick in this set. those azorious and rakdos cards are amazing compared to this. The UG guildland is only useful if you have it AND 2 extra mana to waste, and +1/+1 isn't superb lategame.
YOu've misunderstood the point of the card. It's there to enable Graft abilities (like that card that takes control of creatures with +1/+1 counters. If you play Control, when a creature comes into play, you need only 3 mana and the land in order to take it over...I.E it's almost a 4 mana control magic except that it makes the creature stronger!)
Jeebus...
Bond of Agony will be good in multiplayer.
Bound//Determined will be a lot of fun, but I don't think it is that great in this format. Determined will be nice in vintage though.
Brain Pry is pretty good; its not cabal therapy, but it is pretty good card parity.
Bronze Bombshell is interesting... combos with both Spawnbroker and Sky Swallower. I have my doubts that it is that good, but it is funny.
Crypt Champion is amazing. Yes, it brings back something of your opponent's (maybe), but it brings back something of yours and is good itself.
Cytoshape is pretty good spot removal in a graft deck.
Delirium Skeins is great; dump your hand fast, then drop this, and you can cripple the slower control player. Might be good in 3/4 color aggro decks to stop *** from hitting.
Elemental Resonance is interesting, but I don't see it being that good.
Flame-Kin War Scout is pretty nice as a wierd Flametongue Kavu variant; if you've got the creatures out to break through, dropping this might be nice. Also, can kill KotNT.
Ghost Quarter is amusing for its ability to randomly screw decks running no basic lands, but otherwise isn't that amazing. Screws Karoos too I suppose. Too bad the colorlessness makes it so it is hard to fit in decks of too many colors. Vintage, though, will love this guy - Strip Mine ahoy!
Ignorant Bliss is an odd counter for discard, and can give you rather large CA against discard like Castigate. On the other hand, it is a good hellbent enabler, but I'm not certain it will really see much play. Though, it does cantrip...
Isperia is cool and relatively playable, and survives burn and gasps. Fun, and might be highly playable in the right deck.
Kill-Suit Cultist is actually fairly good for its ability to act as a Mogg Fanatic which can blow up creatures.
Kindle the Carnage is bizzare, but I don't think it is very good unless you have a noncreature kill on the board.
Loaming Shaman is a powerful dredge hoser, but might also go in some dredge decks to stick non-dredging spells back in the deck. And being a 3/2 isn't irrelevant.
Novijen is decent, but not amazing; its ability is somewhat limited in application.
Pain Magnification is interesting in a zoo-like deck capable of dropping a 3-power creature on turn 2, but I don't think it will see much play outside of that.
Psychic Possession is awesome because it is an enchant opponent... its effect is actually rather nice against some opponents. Problem is, it is pretty much worthless against others. Though it could potentially be used as an odd anti-decking mechanism.
Rix Maadi is pretty decent late game for keeping people from keeping back bluffs.
Slithering Shade is pretty bad unless you have some way to very quickly empty hands. Even then, it doesn't seem that wonderful.
Sprouting Phytohydra is amusing as the unkillable (well, not really - gasp, darkblast, and destroy effects) chumper. Could get annoying if you had some universal boost though.
Squealing Devil is pretty decent; a booster plus a fear causer.
Stomp and Howl is pretty bad unless you're playing against Eminent Domain, against whom it is a wrecking ball.
Stormscale Anarch is interesting, but not that great; Viashino Fangtail is probably better.
Vigean Hydropon is hilarious; I don't think it is good, but it is kind of funny.
Wakestone Gargoyle is alright in limited, but not very good in constructed; the only other good defender worth attacking with is Carven Caryatid.
War's Toll is interesting, but ultimately unplayable I think. It does prevent combat tricks, though, as well as neuter Frenzied Goblin's ability.
Steeling Stance is very mediocre, but decent in limited.
The squirter and Jester are the same - decent in limited, not really good in constructed. The Jester might be borderline viable, but I doubt it.
what do you guys think about rarities? heres my thoughts, given what weve seen in the past
Steeling Stance
-this is probably common
Helium Squirter
-uncommon
Demon's Jester
-uncommon. seems okay, maybe too good to be common
Azorius Herald
-uncommon written all over it, complex effect, but not too powerful
Psychotic Fury
-uncommon
Guardian of the Guildpact
-could be common, probably uncommon
Bound//Determined
-obviously rare, given what we know about splits
Azorius AEthermage
-uncommon, quirky enough to be rare, but if i open this as my rare in a pack, im going on a rampage that wont stop until ive bathed in forsythes blood
Azorius Ploy
-mmm probably common
Biomantic Mastery
-rare
Bond of Agony
-a toughie. possible common, but it seems doubtful
Brain Pry
-uncommon
Bronze Bombshell
-uncommon
Carom
-common (ewww)
Crypt Champion
-rare
Delirium Skeins
-uncommon, but one can hope for common (go rakdos!)
Elemental Resonance
-rare
Flame-Kin War Scout
-uncommon
Flash Foliage
-this is gonna be common, dammit. maybe you can use the token to cast a free gather courage, giving you a 3/3... nevermind.
Ghost Quarter
-rare (maybe uncommon) and yes, STAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXX
Gnat Alley Creeper
-ill say common
Ignorant Bliss
-i really really hope this is common, haveing a few of these in a hellbent draft deck would be awesome (maybe too awesome, but i can hope). still, probably uncommon
Kill-Suit Cultist
-uncommon
Kindle the Carnage
-this is prob rare, but uncommon is potentially possible, look at savage twister
Loaming Shaman
-uncommon or maybe rare, wizards seems to fear graveyard recursion en masse
Magewright's Stone
-ill say uncommon but rares more likely
Muse Vessel
-rare
Nightcreep
-uncommon (not powerful enough to be rare)
Novijen, Heart of Progress
-uncommon (duh)
Novijen Sages
-its fairly obviously rare, but its would be bangin at uncommon
Pain Magnification
-wizards has this wierd thing about not printing good non-aura enchantments at uncommon, so ill say rare
Psychic Possession
-pretty bad, yet quirky. ill go rare here
Rakdos Guildmage
-uncommon
Research//Development
-rare
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace
-uncommon
Slithering Shade
-to quirky to be common, prob uncommon
Sprouting Phytohydra
-uncommon, or a terrible rare
Squealing Devil
-enrage on a stick? uncommon
Stomp and Howl
-kinda hope its uncommon, but common is still possible
Stormscale Anarch
-ill say rare, like most of the multicolored hosers
Street Savvy
-uncommon, or a bad common
Unliving Psychopath
-uncommon, and im willing to say sight unseen that there is no better card name in the set
Vigean Hydropon
-essentially an enchantment and pretty bad, so well go uncommon, solely for the fact that this would be one of the worst rares ever at three mana
Wakestone Gargoyle
-ill say rare
War's Toll-
another big red enchantment, rare
and also keep in mind, being a magic player like any other, i want power to go down the rarity chain, not up. so if im wrong about any of these, chances are im just too optimistic.
-I don't wanna go on a RANT here but America's foreign policy makes about as much sense as Beowolf having sex with Robert Fulton at the first Battle of Antetum. I mean when a neo-conservative defenstrates it's like Raskalnakov filibuster dioxymonohydrostinate.
-What the hell does rant mean?
I'm not sure why they thought "devil" was a necessary creature type; small demon-like creatures have all been imps for a long time. Maybe imps by definition are flying creatures? Every recent imp either flies or jumps.
The names "Kill-Suit Cultist" and "Helium Squirter" make me smile. The Cultist makes me think of a goblin all dressesd up in a black suit and shades. Hate "Kindle the Carnage" though.
Flash Foliage and Street Savvy seem like cards that would have been printed in Mirage. Not very impressive. Also, the Foliage seems off-colour: shouldn't white be the colour that punishes attacking creatures?

Machius proudly supports R_E's right to Rumour!
Though the come-into-play ability on the Stone-Throwing Devils definitely seems like stretching the whole "spells that might be creatures if you pay the right color mana" thing. But whatever.

It gets better. Run his suggestion ALONG WITH 4 Bombshells and 4 Spawnbrokers. =D
Spawnbroker goes *quite* well with the Hydropon.
The cards don't seem too bad. Most seem playable.
All I can say about this is "great". Oh yeah, that Wizards columnist lied, that too.:)
Development still has rather clunky wording. It still needs a bit of "Development" (pun intended).:)
Bound feels like a All Sun's Dawn, except it's worse, in my opinion.
//
Determined feels Gruul-ish, because R gets uncounterable, and so does G.
Guardian of the Guildpact is pretty good nowadays, but it would be better if all colors had this, i.e. if it were an artifact.
This is like Channel-Ball. Right, old-schoolers?;)
Like a Strip Mine, but worse.
Does this mean there is going to be a cycle? Maybe Flame Rift is going to be reprinted under a different name? Flaming Skeins?:) Delirium Skeins is a good for Hellbent.
This reminds me of Mogg Bombers; it isn't to shabby.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work with Teysa, Orzhov Scion.
Didn't Wizards say that there would be no off-color activations anymore in this set, and that they would come up with something different, like the CIP creatures?
Again, I suppose Wizards lied.
Edit:
This is like Standstill. Lol, what if both (or all) players had Psychic Possessions "attached" to them?;)
Player and opponents aren't supposed to enchanted, except in Unhinged!:)
Couldn't R&D made this an Imp?;) It's like a Howl from Beyond with a red 2/1 fear creature for R.:) Also sweet.:)
Thanks bradleyjx!
War's Toll

Enchantment
Whenever an opponent taps a land for mana, tap all lands that player controls.
If a creature an opponent controls attacks, all creatures that opponent controls attack if able.
and I'll add:
i'm going to make it my personal mission to build a control deck around this beast and make people cry.

Edit: Yes I feel very optimistic about Vintage because recently I made my T1 R/B goblins and its fun to play. Lockdown with un-restricted cards, yes please!

No, I'm pretty sure Wizards never said that. This is a multicolored set. Which fulfills cycles set out in Ravnica. Which includes commons with off-color activations. Why would they print 2 sets of it and then stop? You're imagining things.
YOu've misunderstood the point of the card. It's there to enable Graft abilities (like that card that takes control of creatures with +1/+1 counters. If you play Control, when a creature comes into play, you need only 3 mana and the land in order to take it over...I.E it's almost a 4 mana control magic except that it makes the creature stronger!)
card mania! i gotta say, im loving this set more and more... though i have to ask, wtf is up with so many good lands in a single set?
Steeling Stance
-this is probably common
Helium Squirter
-uncommon
Demon's Jester
-uncommon. seems okay, maybe too good to be common
Azorius Herald
-uncommon written all over it, complex effect, but not too powerful
Psychotic Fury
-uncommon
Guardian of the Guildpact
-could be common, probably uncommon
Bound//Determined
-obviously rare, given what we know about splits
Azorius AEthermage
-uncommon, quirky enough to be rare, but if i open this as my rare in a pack, im going on a rampage that wont stop until ive bathed in forsythes blood
Azorius Ploy
-mmm probably common
Biomantic Mastery
-rare
Bond of Agony
-a toughie. possible common, but it seems doubtful
Brain Pry
-uncommon
Bronze Bombshell
-uncommon
Carom
-common (ewww)
Crypt Champion
-rare
Delirium Skeins
-uncommon, but one can hope for common (go rakdos!)
Elemental Resonance
-rare
Flame-Kin War Scout
-uncommon
Flash Foliage
-this is gonna be common, dammit. maybe you can use the token to cast a free gather courage, giving you a 3/3... nevermind.
Ghost Quarter
-rare (maybe uncommon) and yes, STAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXX
Gnat Alley Creeper
-ill say common
Ignorant Bliss
-i really really hope this is common, haveing a few of these in a hellbent draft deck would be awesome (maybe too awesome, but i can hope). still, probably uncommon
Kill-Suit Cultist
-uncommon
Kindle the Carnage
-this is prob rare, but uncommon is potentially possible, look at savage twister
Loaming Shaman
-uncommon or maybe rare, wizards seems to fear graveyard recursion en masse
Magewright's Stone
-ill say uncommon but rares more likely
Muse Vessel
-rare
Nightcreep
-uncommon (not powerful enough to be rare)
Novijen, Heart of Progress
-uncommon (duh)
Novijen Sages
-its fairly obviously rare, but its would be bangin at uncommon
Pain Magnification
-wizards has this wierd thing about not printing good non-aura enchantments at uncommon, so ill say rare
Psychic Possession
-pretty bad, yet quirky. ill go rare here
Rakdos Guildmage
-uncommon
Research//Development
-rare
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace
-uncommon
Slithering Shade
-to quirky to be common, prob uncommon
Sprouting Phytohydra
-uncommon, or a terrible rare
Squealing Devil
-enrage on a stick? uncommon
Stomp and Howl
-kinda hope its uncommon, but common is still possible
Stormscale Anarch
-ill say rare, like most of the multicolored hosers
Street Savvy
-uncommon, or a bad common
Unliving Psychopath
-uncommon, and im willing to say sight unseen that there is no better card name in the set
Vigean Hydropon
-essentially an enchantment and pretty bad, so well go uncommon, solely for the fact that this would be one of the worst rares ever at three mana
Wakestone Gargoyle
-ill say rare
War's Toll-
another big red enchantment, rare
and also keep in mind, being a magic player like any other, i want power to go down the rarity chain, not up. so if im wrong about any of these, chances are im just too optimistic.
-What the hell does rant mean?
Yay for new cards eh?!
*Clap your hands say yeah!*
Where's Magic mage when you need him, I'm dying for that pizza bro!
Flash Foliage and Street Savvy seem like cards that would have been printed in Mirage. Not very impressive. Also, the Foliage seems off-colour: shouldn't white be the colour that punishes attacking creatures?
