Target creature gets +4/+0 until the end of turn and another target creature gets -4/-0 until the end of turn.

Greek Alliance in the Rumor house! Go Go Brother Honza!
Now, to the cards... It's great to have the name of the Izzet champion, although it should like a couple of peeps on the one card... I like it.
And the *unknown Instant, this is some nice combat trick for limited, perhaps one mana too expensive, but nice none the less... it's rare Red gets the Bloodlust these days!

Well, that's quite the attack reversal; suddenly your two rather small creatures both become capable of killing off the other deck's attack. Wee Dragonauts, another creature, plus this could even fight off a grull offensive - your other creature gets +4/+0, Wee Dragonauts gets +2/+0, you make their 3/4 or 5/5 into a 0/4 or a 1/5, block with the other creature, block their kird ape with your Dragonauts, and 2-for-1 them.

That seems to be a pretty solid combat trick for the izzet. Since izzet creatures seem to have low power, this is the perfect way to get their fatties into the graveyard. Constructed it's meh.

Evil is boring. The universe is friendly. Life is on your side. Joy is your birthright. Cynicism is idiotic. Fear is a bad habit. Despair is lazy. In fact, all of creation wants you to succeed. Act as if the universe is a prodigious miracle created for your amusement and illumination. Assume that secret helpers are working behind the scenes to assist you in turning into the gorgeous masterpiece you were born to be. . . Life always gives you exactly what you need, exactly when you need it.
How funny, I was just thinking they could make a spell like that, kind of a Giant Growth in a way. The two-person legend though, I didn't see coming at all, and I think it's an awesome idea (this block is chock-full of those).

Karma doesn't exist. You can't depend on it. If you count on it for justice or catharsis, you will find that you have placed your emotions on very unstable ground; and you will either repeat your disappointment in society over and over, or you will engage in a persistent delusion to protect yourself from that feeling.

The second one's a pretty mean combat trick in limited, especially with something like the Wee Dragonauts that activate off of instants. +6/+0 to the already flying Dragonauts with -4/-0 to something else saving a blocked attacker or some such, not too shabby for 2 uncommons.
Tibor and Lumia sounds like they should be amusing, at least art-wise. There ever been a card named like that before, 2 people?

You other players can't deny
That when a beast walks in with an itty bitty cost
And your blockers are all lost
You get removal!
Well the spell is just a Fists of the Anvil and a better Dizzy Spell slapped together, nothing spectacular. It's quite undeserving of tne uncommon slot imo, but I know if it were shifted to common it would be nuts in limited. Still, with this, Wee Dragonauts becomes a 7/3 flying beatstick.
The instant has some definite potential as a reversal in Limited and possible Constructed. From what I've seen, Wizards is punishing several of the frequently-seen Constructed decks in this set (Burning-Tree Shaman, Leyline of the Void, Wreak Havoc). Let's see what Tibor and Lumia will do.
Running off ideas...
Tibor and Lumia 3UR
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
3/3
Whenever you play a blue spell, you may pay R. If you do, draw a card.
Whenever you play a red spell, you may pay U. If you do, Tibor and Lumia deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
Just an idea. To avoid crazyness, though that's very Izzet, the ability costs might be swapped around.

Hey nice work Caranthir
I can collaborate on some of that. I got some scraps of into that slides in nicely with what you just found.
- Schismotivate is the name of that instant.
- The legendary human wizard has "Whenever you play a blue spell, target creature gains flying until end of turn." and "Whenever you play a red spell, Tibor and Lumia deals 1 damage to each creature without flying."
Looks like all we're missing is the mana cost of Tibor and Lumia.
I'd say it's got to be in the 4-5 mana range. What fits in the Orb?

The 2nd ability for the Izzet champion makes it a nice board cleaner, for blue red control as long as you are not playing too many non-flying critters yourself (what? no pingers?)
The first ability is really good for limited of course and if you manage to draft around it (difficult since it is in the 2nd pack), it can become really ugly! The toughness should be at least 3 in order for him to avoid killing himself, or perhaps it is a flier?
This is fun with pyroclasm, 3 damage to all non-fliers anyone?
Bleh, how boring. Not nearly as cool as some of the other guild champions like Tolsimir or Savra. It seems like Wizards really pushed the power level of Gruul and played it safe with the Izzet. I think that the new archivist/scrivener could easily have cost 2UR and the replicate djinn could be a litte bigger for 7 mana.
Actually, one of them is taken by the activation cost of Nivix, Aerie of the Firemind. But that still means 2UR is the most likely cost for this card - quite cheap for a 3/3 Wizard with some nice abilities.
except for the fact that the 3/3 was speculation and not fact at all
Schismotivate doesn't seem too useful, what with shrink being rubbish and all, but the champions seem kinda nice. The Izzet appear to have all sorts of ways of wiping the table clean on the opponent's side using random innocuous spells. And a couple of lava spikes to the face giving you a pyroclasm is no mean way to get that kind of situation going.
Meh both cards don't amaze me. The pump one is a nice limited trick though.
The other one, the legend, is so situational, I think it's pretty bad.
All the other legends aren't conditional. They are just good no string attached. Tolsimir is good alone, and with any green/white creature. Circu's ability is always nice to trigger etc.
But with this one, you have to plan, and have luck, that you can use it to some effect. It can very well happen that you want to burn something and you end up killing one of your own guys as well.
===
EDIT: I just realized Ullash, the Hate Seed, is pretty conditional as well (dependant on the number of green and red creatures) but the fact remains that you'll rarely (if ever) say 'darn, I wish I had less creatures for my Hate Seed', while it could very well happen that you say 'darn, I wish this spell wasn't red because if I cast it now I'll fry my own creatures with this legend.'. And of course most of the time the Izzet Legend won't do anything you need anyway.
IMO the legend should have something to do with research (card draw/sifting) and using that knowledge (discarding cards or something) for burn. I still kind of miss that particular theme in the Izzet right now (but we still have plenty of cards to go)
===
Personally I'd much rather use Shard Phoenix instead of this legend. I'm a bit disappointed, but I'll just play other cards. Plenty of Izzet cards in the set that are funkier and better.
Schismotivate will be useful in limited, if only for the pump clause, formerly unavailable to blue (and rarely to red).
The legend sounds like another crap rare. Oh well, they can't make every card powerful. Seems like the Gruul have priority in that department.

This wont have flying, since these cards historically have rewarded playing multicolor spells. If you cast a UR spell he can give himself flying and thus dodge the second part.
Gogo brother Honza! Nice to see you following Hydro's footsteps.
"Schismotivate"... is it me or are all the Izzet card names crazy? Gotta love it.
And well, Tibor and Lumia looks like a limited wrecking ball if you ask me. It will be easy to pyroclasm their whole team every other turn, without losing card advantage. Me likey!
