I voted for journey through dreams, since the creature is removed from the game.
[Sigh]...to bad my suggestion didn't make, "Mystic Interrogation" is better than at least 4 of the suggestions that R&D picked. Well its a crappy card anyway. 4 mana for that is just sad...you can't even play the stuff.
I think the problem with "Mystic Interrogation" is that it uses "mystic", used like 5 times before on several unplayable cards(except that tutor) and that it doesn't explicitly imply that the creature changes planes. This name does account for the "card advatage" though. None of the names R&D selected account for both however.

"Your attack has been rendered quite harmless, it is however, quite pretty." -Saprazzan vizier
"It was probably a lowsy spell in the first place." -Ertai, wizer adept
"The duel was going badly for me and Zur thought I was finished. He boasted that he would eat my soul--but all he ate were his words." -Gustha Ebbasdotter
Anyone who voted for Tranceport deserves to be shot. That is absolutely the worst pun I have ever seen. It makes Wheel of Torture's flavor text look funny.
I'm also having difficulty understanding the popularity of Dust of Dreams, which sounds inelegant (Dreamdust as one word would be a great improvement) and poorly describes what the card actually does. Besides, "magical dust" makes me think of Peter Pan.

I voted for Somnomancy.
Yeah, Dust of Dreams make me think of sleeping potion, not an otherworldy journey, so I voted for Journey through Dreams. Tranceport just looked like an unglued gag. I liked somnomancy, but it sounded "old-school"(AKA old and playable). This crap card didn't deserve such a good name; a name that could be used in the future on something decent.

Hey, I'm sure my submission was literaly the least likely to be picked. At three a.m., falling asleep at my keyboard, I submitted "Reduce to Dreams". I mean, it totally sounds like a real card name! It has to win!
I am so dissapointed with this card. Its not very interesting, I guess the names are all right. I hope we get to add some flavor text to save this sinking ship...
Nothing I voted for won. Feels more like "Someone Else Made the Card."
I went with the "Vanish" name, simply because it's the only thing that sounded very "instant" to me. Dreamdust would've been awesome..."I'm dreamdusting your Ball Lightning."
IT's about the flavor of the effect of the card. A creature leaves play temporarily, which most people took as having a 'sleep' or 'dream' flavor, and most of the rest had some sort of 'journey' flavor. Personally, some of the names sound too much like Otherworldly Journey to me.
I feel sort of bad, because you'd figure that with the combined brainforce of everyone who visits that site, the cards produced by YMTC should be Transcendently cool and awesome, the pinnicle of elegance, interesting in so many ways. Crucible of Worlds, I think, comes closest to this - it does rather simple something that no other card does. (Granted, so do the other two, but not particularly elegant things.) Every once in a while I see a card that makes me just marvel at it. (Grab the Reins, for some reason is one of the strongest.) None of the YMTCs do that at all. (CoW might make me stop for a second, though.) I'd be willing to bet that 90% of the people who play have invented at least a few fantasy cards. Most people are brutally bad at this. (I cringe when I think of things I designed as recently as a year ago.) But some of them are pretty decent. You'd expect that just by random chance that someone would submit something utterly brilliant. The YMTCs aren't horrid, but 1 and 3 aren't even close to brilliant, and Crucible is only somewhat brilliant.
Hmm, Dust of Dreams eh? I didn't vote for that because it reminds me too much of the Sandman...*flashes back to when he was a little boy and the sandman did means thins go him*....I will get my revenge!!! NO VOTE FOR YOU! NO VOTE! Anywho, I too voted for Somnomancy. It sounds groovy...
If the vote was not even close, we should expect to see the final result fairly soon, since the poll closed on Sunday night, since unlike steps that require the guys in charge to read and evaluate thousands of submissions, this is a simple poll result. If the vote was close, they will probably have a runoff vote.

Even then, we'd see the runoff soon. I'd say Wednesday, since they always seem to have the YMTC updates on Wednesday.
I submitted Dust to Dreams... why and how do you discriminate between the two, and frankly I like mine better. I think it represents the card's actions more.
Dust of dreams seems to more deal with the lingering figments of a battle.
I submitted dust to dreams with the though of men stirring up dust in the wake of their fury, and in an instant it becomes nothing more than the dreams of men behind the battle.
Damn it! I still like mine. :tongue3:
Edit: By "how and why do you discriminate...." I mean how did WotC discriminate?

Just like I said I would in the earlier thread.
I also submitted that! yay! I hope it wins!

Thats funny, because that was the same thing I sent to all my freinds when I saw the vote. "Hey mine's up there!"
Regardless, I liked the idea of stayin within the confines of the art becasue thats what this card was all about conceptually, Art leads design.
She's blowing the pixie "Dust of Dreams" on the critter, It will feel good at first, but when he comes back...OH the headache he will have
