I installed the Zendikar and WWK spoilers, and I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Here are my problems:
1. Every time I open the library, MWS forgets the WWK cards. When I load a deck into MWS Online, the game says that there is an error, and that it isn't the right file type. (The decks have WWK cards.)
2. I never get it right the first time. I have two Zendikar listings for the Card Filter and two Worldwake Listings.
3. The cards in Worldwake don't have images. I don't know if this is standard... and speaking of Standard-
4. Whenever I click on Standard in the card filter, the library still says Lorwyn is T2.
Can anyone help me?

ok, go into add/remove sets, and take out ZEN and WWK, all copies, then download the most recent masterbase (www.slightlymagic.net) then add the new masterbase, and THEN read closely!
Add the new set with Analize/Add/Remove Sets
press ctrl+f2
click on the left collum!
file -> save deck/base
aaand voalla! you are good to go.
finally OFC the cards from WWK don't have images, you did not download them o.O

I'm trying to add the Worldwake spoiler to the masterbase, I followed all the directions and it doesn't seem to be working
I added the spoiler, saved it, restarted Magicworkstation, heck even restarted my computer. The cards are added to my library, but when I try to add a card to a deck, it doesn't recognize the cards from the spoiler.
Can somebody explain me how i can draft on Mws?? It can be done in Multiplayer??
there is a free drafting service that is provided by ccgdecks.com However I do not know how compatible this service is with MWS. I do know that several of my friends utilize this site to enable them to draft online.

About any "subpar" mechanics or cards: Context is king.
If I make a templating or grammar error, let me know.
The franchise MtG most resembles is Battlestar Galactica. Why? Its players exist in, at most, a dozen different models at any given point in time, with perhaps up to 3% variation, 5% if you're lucky.

As I asked outside this thread earlier today, are there any MWS patches for Garruk v. Liliana and PD: Slivers, or do I need to make my own?
Nothing on this forum. Going hunting at slightlymagic turned up a guy that was talking about doing it last month, but hasn't posted any files, and one Goblin Master who doesn't seem to be planning to add them to the masterbase.
You may need to create txt spoilers to import for this, following the formats laid out by Memnarch's spoilers.
Best to wait till after release for WWK to come to MWS
Why? We have all the info, and even if the images aren't "Official", you don't have to use them. The .txt spoiler memnarch has put up contains almost ~100% finished info (minus the few typos and things that may crop up).
As for those of you having problems with the "invalid file format"...
Have you simply added cards to an already existing deck, or have you created a new deck with the cards?
If the former is the case, try the latter, and let me know what happens. Like I said, I am not the developer of MSE, but the problem may be that the deck file is checking for a version of the master base which does not exist (remember that you changed it when you added [WWK] cards to MWS).
Okay, in the spirit of "Future users getting the help they need!", I'm going to post some stuff I finally did right.
Getting the error "Current grid must be MASTER-like type" when trying to add the txt spoiler in Analyze/Add/Remove Sets - Make sure you close and reopen MWS to reset the grid.
And then, subsequently getting "must be part of a compiled set" or something similar when trying to add cards to a deck from the new set you just added - Whenever this question got answered before it was stated that you must "save deck/library" or "save deck/base" when what they really mean to say is "EXPORT Deck/Base". I'm not one to get tied up in semantics usually, but this wasn't even semantics. There are options to save and options to export, and the exporting is what you need to do after you add a new set from text spoiler.
Then, make sure you set the exported new_masterbase as your default masterbase.
It might have been just me having trouble with that, but it would have saved me a lot of time if the correct terms were used.
So a recap:
Tools - analyze/add/remove sets - Add new edition
Put in information (Worldwake and WWK)
Get data from txt spoiler
Once cards are imported in library - File - Export deck/base
File - assign default materbase - and select your newly exported base
restart mws
Again, many people may laugh at how dumb this seems, but it may help someone.

It's not dumb, but it is strange O_o;;.
1st) Whenever I get the error "invalid file type" I either restart MWS to find that the WWK cards don't exist, in which case I simply add them again (after deleting the previous entry obviously), to find them working when I restart MWS.
2nd) I have never exported the masterbase, and all is well...
It seems there is no rhyme or reason to these errors, as I said. It's just trial and error attempts at fixing the problem. =/
I'm thinking of erasing MWS on my laptop and making a video tutorial of installing it. Hopefully some errors will crop up, and I can explain what to do in those cases (probably sending it in to HP to get it replaced as there are a number of problems with it already, and all my stuff is backed up on my desktop PC). Does this sound like something those of you having these problems would be interested in?

That'd probably be cool. It would definitely be comprehensive for at least the people using the same operating system.

On my laptop it would be Vista (nb4sux), but it would essentially be the same thing on every other Windows based computer, and the differences I would note.
I'll work on this as soon as I get home, and should actually have it up later today.

The video I made is rendering now - Not going as fast as I had hoped, but it includes everything:
Where to get MWS
How to install MWS
How to change the card styles to "Post 8th" or "Modern"
How to get images into MWS
How to patch MWS (with the new WWK spoiler)
How to get WWK images from MSE
How to get WWK images from MediaFire
I'll post again (or edit this post) when it's done. I used software which includes autozooming, so if you get motion sickness easily, pause the video and read the sidebar where I will maybe post a text version of the vid (essentially).

It recognizes the cards when its in the library.
But not when i add the card to the deck.
I've have saved the base both in library and deck edit mode. I have saved the deck as well. When I restart MWS I get this.
When I analyze the edition it registers no cards despite the fact you can clearly see raging ravine in the library
Help!
Edit: I figured it out. I needed to assign the saved masterbase as my default masterbase.

Actually, I thought he was hosting them as jpgs. You should PM CXA about getting them to work. I'm not sure about filename conventions for MWS.
