Question though, about the Phyrexian mana symbol.
Was there no better alternative to the mana symbols than the quite abstract %!, %^ etc? I mean, was pW or (p/W) not an option?
I tried using what you suggested (pW, pR, etc) when I first started fiddling with the theme back when the spoiler had about 5 cards. It seems that Magic Workstation only accepts single letters for mana costs, and every letter of the alphabet was taken, so I had to get a little creative with my choices.
I also added the text spoiler as a new set, but after I closed the program and opened it later the set remained but was empty. Is there an official set update available yet?
Ok, I got my problem solved. Magikoopa, save the downloaded file, instead of opening it. Drag it into the themes folder in the workstation program file. the open workstation, go to tools, preferences, then interface, and set the new phyrexia theme as your default theme.
MWS doesn't know what to do with the "M" rarity, so it treats them as commons. This means that when generating sealed decks you'll get six rares and several mythics in your pool. For example, the pool I just generated (3x SOM, 3x NPH -- and yes I clicked "booster" not "starter" which is another issue entirely, as there are no starters for these recent sets) contains all of the following:
Could someone make a masterbase with the mythics at "R" rarity instead? (Yes, this will make them show up twice as often as they're supposed to, but it's better than having them show up ten times too often as commons...)
I suppose the other option would be to just ignore all the mythics when building my deck since it's the un/commons we should be focusing on, but still...
i do have a question though, as far as i know phyrexian mana counts as 1 towards the cmc, when i analysed my cards, it read the phyrexian mana as 2. (dismember is a 5cmc card)
so there, maybe i'm wrong, i just wanted to clarify.
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem with the NPH cards, but I don't see the card display when I click on it in the deck panel. However, I can see the card display when I click on it in the library panel.
Ive done this update plenty of times before, but with nph im experiencing a new error ive never encountered before. Mws loads the masterbase just fine, and loads any decks made using the new cards just fine. But when attempting to start a game witht he deck it has an error.
The error is: Load Deck Error: Cards not found in base.
I dont understand how the deck loads fine in mws normally but not when trying to play a game.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm glad you guys did this , but for the ones that just got the program or aren't skilled enough with a computer, can't you make a mtg gamepack that has all the sets until NPH?

Critical error caused MWS to close, and now it's telling me to reinstall. It crashed while loading the new set, and now it won't let me use the software.
I don't know how many times I've had to reinstall. And I'm not terrible with software either.
If you're having similar problems, don't chock it up to your own incompetence. In the couple years that I've worked with MWS, it seems it is way more complicated than it needs to be.
