Is there something like "anytime your opponent touches your deck, reveals your hand, discards, untaps, taps, exiles, sends to the graveyard, or back into your hand one of your cards, that opponent takes 2 points of damage" card.
My impression, from your post SardoNespa, is that you don't like playing against control decks in Arena. Am I correct?
Control serves a purpose in the overall game and attacks the opponent in a different way than through creatures. It is a valid strategy that, while you may not like it, has been here since the beginning and will remain. Yes, it's in a good place right now and has quite a few good tools. What's to say the next standard set doesn't give aggro or midrange better stuff? In short, asking for a card like this to exist just because you don't like playing against a control deck is a little childish. Learn about the deck and adjust accordingly. If you're playing Bo1, that'll be harder to do than in Bo3 where you can sideboard, but control is not unbeatable. If it was, then something would be done about it.

If not, there should be.
But otherwise stick with counterspells.
No one can touch your stuff on mtgo or arena.
Perhaps that would accomplish what you want?
