Flesh has mutated int thin strands over the mouth and her eyes glow purple, the color of Emrakul.

At least two of these are deliberate modification by mad scientists, but it's an interesting idea.

It would have to have been since Avacyn Restored. Nahiri wasn't freed until the ending of Dark Ascension, and she could only then get to work bringing emrakul. Most of what you're seeing here is demonic possession or other horror tropes.

Also Zombies can't be mutated by Emmrakull.
