It won't happen, but wouldn't it be delightfully absurd if the hypnotoad overpowered Emrakul, and now Emrakul spends the rest of her days finding food for the Gitrog Monster?
It's not likely, the most probable result would be that the Monster would simply become another part of Emrakul, as it's been happening with almost everything in Innistrad, maybe it'll eat and kill lots of spawn, but it would be a matter of time before it gets overran by Emrakul's "forces."
It's a world-breaking galactic titan versus an overgrown toad.
Emrakul doesn't stand a chance.

Because wizards create the Gitrog Monster to Symbolize Emrakul thats why they are the same, remember way back on the SOI when the story of Gitrog monster came out, that day I already know Emrakul is comming. Everything on that article Symbolize emrakul, How you feel the emptiness when you look on the eyes of the Gitrog monster, How this Frog devours anything in it's path, how the Gitrog spawn Mad Cultist that worship him, and at the very end the Gitrog corrupted the girl on the story.
But as for the topic is concerned, Emrakul will wrekt Gitrog monster for sure. LOL
I think Emrakul doesn't just hypnotize you but convert you into an Eldrazi as well so if you got hypnotized by both, you will slowly change to an Eldrazi and then Emrakul will be the one who will have complete control over you

We've now seen Emrakul's power to put people under her thrall.
But we've already seen
HypnotoadThe Gitrog Monster do that.So I'm wondering if it's possible for someone to be under the influence of both.
Or would the influence of one monster trump the other? I know Emrakul is the Big Eldrazi, but could Gitrog's influence somehow be stronger?

Avacyn herself, the god of Innistrad, was driven mad by Emrkaul's mere presence at Innistrad's planar boundaries.

If it didn't, Gitrog would be your lower-mid level manager while Emrakul is upper manager.
But as for the topic is concerned, Emrakul will wrekt Gitrog monster for sure. LOL
Innistrad has had horrors before Emrakul showed up. Vorstclaw for instance.
