I see people whining how two of the Eldrazi titans have killed and that it was bad storytelling. At first I thought the same thing, that killing two seemed so easy. However after reading many threads and the salvation wiki on Ugin, I have some theories.
Ugin warned about killing the titans and how it could create worse problems for the multiverse. We know almost nothing about the Blind Eternities and what else may lurk within it. Here's my thoughts
1) There are other entities living in the blind eternities, Some "good" and some "evil". What if defeating teo of the titans upset a balance of sorts in the multiverse and other blind eternities demizens have become stronger.
2) Nicol Bolas wanted the Eldrazi to be free and fought Ugin for information on their improsinment meant. Has any story explained how Bolas knew of the Eldrazi in the first place?
3) I don't think the spat between Nahiri and Sorin is big enough for Nahiri to want to summon an Eldrazi. However, she is unaware that two are dead anyway. Maybe Nahiri knows if something else is hidden within, considering it is a giant rock. The crypoliths could be a way for her to channel energy in order to reshape the moon. What maybe imprisoned inside could also be from the Blind Eternities.
4) Bolas killed the Dominarian Elder Dragons to gain their power and become the only one. Perhaps he knew of Ugin and his magic as well, and that it created dragons. I suspect there was the second reason Bolas attacked Ugin. However with Sarkhan resurrecting Ugin and changing Tarkir's timeline has ruined that plan and created new Elder Dragons. I suspect a return to Tarkir story in the future prominently featuring Bolas.
As I said, these are just thoguhts. Zfeel free to provide your opinion on any of them. I'll add more as they come to mind.

You win target thread. If you aren't Atrius, Atrius wins that thread instead. "Wait, can you actually win a thread?" - Atrius.
I've been saying for a while now that setting up plot hooks is not the same as letting the characters win with no consequence, so much of this sounds legit.
I've no opinion on the presence or absence of strange things in the moon.

“Tell me who you walk with, and I'll tell you who you are.” Esmeralda Santiago Art is life itself.
There is a difference between the elder dragons of Tarkir, and the Elder Dragons of Dominaria. The Elder Dragons were beings of immense power who seemed to posses an innate ability to planeswalk and were the progenitors of the Draconic race.
Thanks for the info on the Tarkir dragonlords. I was taking a break from Magic during that block, didn't follow the articles and such. It gives me another thought that Bolas wanting Ugin out of the picture and remaining the only remaining draconic creator and planeswalker.
