Ever since the "Masked Planeswalker" (A2) was shown hunted and killed by Garruk, and I've had to wonder what let up to that, I have to wonder in general: What kinds of Planeswalkers could the different personas be? What races are they? What planes could they be from? What magics might they use? I hope I'm not the only one to have wondered about these details for these hypothetical Planeswalkers. Thankfully, the unlockable personas have unlock requirements that might clue in on their possible abilities. For example, A1 probably has reflective "token that's a copy of target creature" magic, C1 is probably some sort of Falconer Planeswalker, and A2 is simply a Elemental with fire and/or lava/magma magic. Anyone else have headcanon about the DotP Persona characters?

3WWU, 2GWW, and 4RWW! These were the mana costs chosen to summon the perfect little angel! But Professor Avacyn accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction! Chemical x Thus, the Powerpuff Girls were born! Using their ultra super powers, Gisela, Bruna, and Sigarda have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of evil!
There are a few artists that speak of what they are, but this is essentially creating fiction for the personas, which falls into baseless speculation.
Aside from B1, who is Sifa Grent, none of these have any story attached.

I suppose minus the "based on their appearance and any unlock requirements they might have" part, I suppose it is Baseless Speculation, but I wasn't convinced for sure. Yeah, B1 totally resembles Sifa Grent, and I think a persona from DotP 2013 highly resembled Dack, so perhaps sometimes the persona artworks get repurposed to illustrate a future Planeswalker character. Baseless maybe, but the question does still remain, what details can be assumed from the resources we have? These characters with nearly all details intact may make an appearance in the not-so-distant future, same as Dack & Sifa.

It's the other way around actually. Dack and Sifa appeared in DotP because they had already been featured in the comics. It's a case of cross market promotion.
And no, it is still not to be taken as something we should try to make assumptions about. In part because the personas unlock under different conditions depending on which game you are playing. There's no good to come from looking too deeply into it, at least HERE. If you catch my drift.
