While Gruul and Rakdos are against the guildless in terms of the white majority affiliation they do morally stand with the movement in one sense, they want less order. I mean while they are still "guilds" they stand for more of an ideal than actual organizations more so than any guild, one in the sense of an aggressive Selesnya aimed at retaking the world and the other focused in an attempt to spread as much chaos and discord in hopes of pleasing their Parun. (Golgari is also totally safe considering they have like 0 malicious intent in any of their current cards outside of Vraska and her backstory.)
Selesnya though I do see getting some storyline action just since they are hinted at amassing forces. Whether this is to quell the gateless/izzet or start amassing forces for actual conflict. If any conflict plays out with the green non-simic guilds I definitely see it in the rubblebelt considering we still got the adage of Big B.'s age with no real story impact yet and considering that Gruul sees Selesyna as inferior. (Look at disciple flavor text.)
I doubt the Gruul care about the Gateless in any particular way.
They're so disenfranchised and removed from the typical guilded experience, if anything, they would probably welcome the civil unrest that the Gateless would provide.
The Gateless in turn probably don't think too highly of the Gruul because the worst of them still perform raids on the city for funsies.

Yeah, but I dont see how the gateless are going to be able to do much to the likes of the Rakdos and the Gruul. Both guilds are well known for their warriors and their blood thirsty natures. They are not like the Boros who have a specific order and can be disrupted.

Rakdos can be pretty easily disrupted, with their shows getting attacked and sacked frequently by the boros. I could see the guidless goign after them pretty easily.

Well that Partially disturbed there businesses but Rakdos as a whole can keep going very easy without the brothels. They mainly need the brothels to keep a "legitimate" image before the Azorious and the Boros but they are not dependednt on them and in the chaos of the guildless rise, the Rakdos can easily shed their facade of order and go all out, which from all of read on the Rakdos, is quite terrifying lol.

Facade?
I think you're giving the Rakdos too much credit.
Subtlety is not in their vocabulary.
Well true its not subtle, but its a face they put on to more or less "Justify" themselves to the other Guilds or "give themselves a use."
What is going to be interesting is seeing what Rakdos himself does during the commotion of the guildless' eventual push to topple the gates (if they ever do). After all, he is still a rather powerful demon and one of the few Paruns left and he showed he is not one to be underestimated our last go around in Ravinca.
Well I am curious as to see what all the Guildleaders will do. My favorite part in Original Ravnica was seeing the Guildleaders start whooping Nephilim Butt in the original Ravnica. I am curious to see if they will get down and dirty once again (well those that can anyway [I don't Trostani is really going anywhere])

Actually Trostani has already personally led an attack. She fused with a huge elemental and used its body to wreck **** up.
huh, didn't know that lol. So, pretty much everyone but Jarad seems to pretty good at F****** s*** up pretty good (Jarad, and the Golgari in general, seem to be generally ignored by.... well pretty much everybody).

Not all Rakdos are lunatic axemurderers.
Some of them are strippers or circus folk or miners or any number of other things.
"The Guilds exist in layers."™
Yeah, the Rakdos seem to be substantially more layered than others. They're assassin/miner/clowns, which is quite the unusual combination.

Or maybe! The are Assassin Miner Clowns! Think about it! Assassin Clowns! That kill you with pick axes! Then bury you in a mine while telling horrible jokes and puns!

On a more serious note, I am curious to see what happens to Boros. Boros and Azorious seem to be the focal point of the guildless movement. Additionally, Boros has some interesting internal struggles. Also, we have the whole issue of where the heck Feather is now.
Additionally, what is going on with Jace? We know he is THERE but not much about what he actually is doing.

Rakdos doesnt cave to pressure from the other guilds...
If they don't tie-up the Guildless and Feather in this block, then hopefully in the much speculated "re-return to Rav".
If any one was to be for the Gateless, it would be Gideon. But he's pretty much under the thumb of Aurelia.
Dom is just a guy about Gruul things.
Vraska is about personal vengeance.
Lastly Ral is an Izzet loyalist.
I guess it was too much to hope for mono-colored legends to represent guildless facets. Like Yeva and Krenko. At least they got more of a spotlight than last time. I feel like the biggest flavor they got were on Lionheart Maverick and Caregiver. Then again those where the two I had that impacted me on the idea of the Guildless.
It's highly unlikely that Wizards would end the block with the guilds being destroyed, too much open ended.
Because Dissesion didn't end with the entire Guildpact falling apart, multiple Paruns dead and several guilds in shambles. No offense but WOTC isn't known for tying up loose ends.

The Guildless far outnumber the guilded.

Brady specifically stated that the over half the planet is guildless, outnumbering all of the guilds combined.

Jace is hip deep in the struggle to claim the power at the center of the Dragon's Maze. He has no involvement with the guildless.
Just like the guildless are probably going to have no involvement with the actual resolution of the block's story.

Maybe the completion of the maze will destroy the guild structure?

Because we Know which Praetor inheirited the title of Father of Machines from New Phyrexia.
Because we know if Garruk's curse got lifted by Avacyn or not.
WotC has not been closing loose ends up recently.
