I'd say this block could be our Fall 2014 set (since we are likely going somewhere new this year) as a return set to Kamigawa. It's not a perfect story filled with plenty of cheesey cliches and not perfect, but we're extending one of the story threads:
Our story begins at the end of Innistrad, where a captured, cursed Garruk is dragged in front of Avacyn for judgment. As the trial begins, Garruk looks to be executed, however Tamiyo (who has been studying the moon on Innistrad) believes she can come up with a way to break the curse. Despite the protests of Avacyn's court to just execute Garruk, Avacyn breaks the curse and Garruk returns to as normal as Garruk could ever be.
Garruk realizes that Tamiyo is a planeswalker (duh!), and tells her about his recent history with Liliana. While Garruk isn't certain of where Liliana might be next, Tamiyo has the idea they should try Kamigawa, since a demon of the power Liliana is looking for could exist there, or at least they could try searching through the knowledge of the Soratami.
And it's back to Kamigawa we go with a usual story, Liliana has stolen That Which Was Taken, the Kami are pissed again and Garruk and Tamiyo must hurry to find Liliana. Of course Liliana finds her demon and destroys him, but it turns out she is very quickly losing control of herself. Garruk fights her again and gets his butt handed to her before she planeswalks away. Despite the pleas of Tamiyo, Garruk planeswalks after Liliana. Tamiyo is alone on Kamigawa, as the kami continue to ravage the plane.

Why do I like posting in lists:
1. It allows me to express multiple thoughts without a need to write an essay or make multiple posts. 2. I tend to have multiple thoughts at the same time. 3. Having the right first opinion is sometimes more glorious than having a grammatically correct second opinion. 4. It allows you as a reader to pick out the most erroneous point and counter-comment, allowing you the chance to express an opinion and look like a sensible person when I sound like a dummy.
There are so many things wrong with this fanfic I don't even know where to begin.
Liliana is looking for specific demons she made pacts with, not galavanting around the multiverse stealing stuff.
That Which Was Taken isn't an artifact anymore, she is Kyodai, one of (along with Michiko Konda) the Sisters of Flesh and Spirit, the new guardians of the plane after the defeat of O-kagachi.
Kamigawa was awful. This would never happen. Also, does your theory have a basis? It would be decent to hear.

What you are about to read the absolute truth about the deck that once nearly killed WotC's revenue.

We had Innistrad instead of the return to Kamigawa. Kamigawa was after Mirrodin and before Ravnica, so is Innistrad. And Tamiyo appeared as a cameo.
And as we already discussed, if one of the Liliana demons is on Kamigawa, then it is Hidetsugu probably, and if it is him then this is going to end badly for Liliana.
It's a pity really that Kamigawa get so much hate and we probably will never return there because of that. It's a nice plane and i am glad it is referenced in things like Planechase and novels.
They should at least write a downloadable novel. Just because people don't want to play doesn't mean you can't profit without having to get a publisher.

This. We are unlikely to ever return there, due to unpopularity. Same with Lorwyn. Both of these facts break my heart. If we do ever return to either place, it's going to be many years from now. But I doubt, personally, it will ever happen.
