After he died, he sure was: "Even in death, Kos didn't get the opportunity to rest. Due to clauses in his wojek contract, his spirit was forced to serve as an Azorius Senate spirit guard. Grand Arbiter Augustin IV brought him back for the sole purpose of stopping Szadek in his attempt to bring the last strike against the already fractured Guildpact. Kos had little choice in the matter and he was teamed with the lawmage and ectomancer Obez Murzeddi to investigate what the vampire was doing. The first step was investigating the vampire's involvement with the Simic Combine and its guildleader Momir Vig."
Kos certainly wanted to stop Szadek but it was also a nonconsensual resurrection. I'd say he got along fine with his boss Augustin?
Technically, he had business with all the white guilds of Ravnica, starting as a Boros wojek investigator in first book, then becoming an Orzhov associate through his friend Pivlic, and finally, after death, a spirit contracted by Azorius to "take care for a couple of things", having quite a relationship with the Selesnya through Fonn...
Augustin actually used him, knowing that his wojek nature would lead him to certain acts, like eliminating Momir Vig, further contributing to the chaos in the city he intended to use for his own purpose. Augustin was the true villain of the whole Ravnica block, in fact. In the end, it was Kos who eliminated him, when he released Szadek's captured ghost on him, just moments before the planar engine of Parhelion exploded and erased Prahv from reality.
Obez Murzeddi the fat ectomage and his partnership with Kos was cool, though
