"Demon God" sounds like something you would put onto a typeline in the same block as "Snake Cat" and "Zombie Illusion Warrior". It has also something sufficiently ominous about it.
Is there some thread with confirmed sourced information? I read this before, but thought it was just speculation rather than confirmed. What did I mss?
We do NOT know where the 3 missing gods are, though there were 3 "kids" who disappeared into the desert beyond Naktamun.
The three "kids" are actually three kids: Samut, Djeru and Nakht.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Oketra is God of Solidarity which is basically the same thing as community. I don't think there's enough to go on to determine what colors they are or what they may embody.
Yeah I agree about Oketra. And in the story we see Hazoret as a god that nutures and has motherly love.
My list was just a quick brainstorm. I still feel a new life/birth god would be essential and is usually present in many pantheons.
Also a god of the afterlife would explicitly screw up Bolas's design so this would be good. Although Nissa does communicate with the plane itself and the plane itself may be an afterlife "worldsoul". (Not actually a god)
Lastly, we may never see the missing three gods, but thats ok, I just want to ponder what they might have been.
I think it too hard to say at this moment. We can't even tell what is missing really in the Pantheon since, as you said, Hazoret seemed close to a war/battle god and was really a mother/hearth/caring god.
I don't think Razaketh is a corrupt god (no animal head) would be an interesting twist to have him be freeded from Bolas and realize Liliana from her contract. I still think tho Liliana killing him will be a factor in the gatewatch losing to Bolas.

“There are no weak Jews. I am descended from those who wrestle angels and kill giants. We were chosen by God. You were chosen by a pathetic little man who can't seem to grow a full mustache"
"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
I think the 3 gods will be in HoD, someone from wotc said that it would be a waste to just throw away 3 gods or something like that.
My guess would be that the 3 gods are shard colored. Bolas is UBR, Razaketh being the guard to the gate to the afterlife and with graveyard shenanigans being BG and demons are BR, I would think he would be BRG which leaves the gods as WUB, WUG and WRG.
Wild speculation: Maybe the missing Gods aren't so much missing as they have been turned into noncreature incarnations of themselves. Maybe one of them is called Luxa and another Hekma.

Nissa's vision implies that whatever form they sill exist in they won't be friendly. So them being the foundation of life seems out of place.

Razaketh may not be corrupt at all but could have been part of the original pantheon. Bolas brokers a few deals with him (razaketh being something similar to athreos just way more black aligned) and builds a relationship over a long period of time. Then approaches him and pitches a deal like this...what if we upset the balance and you have all the souls you want and in return I have an army of highly trained physically fit zombies (no longer 2/2 tokens but like 3/3 or stronger for game play reasons) in the left over bodies. It's win win. You get to soul gorge yourself and assume a position where the remaining gods perpetuate feeding you and I get my army that can survive transplanar relocation because they're inanimate. Razaketh is like well these other two guys keep me in check. Bolas removes them from the picture, does some ley line crap or whatever with the other five gods with the help of razaketh, and sets up his perpetual zombie easy bake oven.
It's the gods are manifestations of mana on a plane, or just high levels of concentrations, then they're similar enough to demons and angels. Maybe razaketh just ascended afterward he brokered a deal with bolas via soul consumption. Super strong driven souls with purpose. It's not like he's feeding off laungished despaired broken souls. He's literally feeding off the heroes and heroines of society. That's potent soul juice.
I don't see the gatewatch standing a chance against bolas. I think Kefnet may break bolas's spell after nissa meddled with his ley lines or whatever and will help in freeing the others from their bonds to bolas. Then the pantheon squares off against Bolas and the gatewatch goes up against razaketh. Meanwhile Samir and Djiru rally the people to fight the zombie horde after the Hekma goes down. Once the day is saved Samir and djiru rule together OR one of them dies and causes the other to spark. They may even have to fight zombies AND radical citizens that are loyal to Bolas.
I'm still not down with the zombie army theory. I mean most of the zombies are maimed in some way due to all of them being former initiates of the trials. And besides the zombies only act based on their cartouches so I don't think they retain their training post-mortem. Have mentioned that they think Bolas came here out of desperation and that just doesnt seem like the sort of thing you write into a story for no reason. I think Amonkhet is just a power battery of some sort. I mean he stoked conflict on the shards to cause the Conflux. Maybe in this case he's building up powerful souls in the so called afterlife. It wouldn't be the first instance of souls acting like a power source in media.

Sparring Mummy kind of implies that they have at least a some amount of their old training. And Bolas isn't after the maimed corpses but the Worthy, who should die nigh pristinly. Or its all a feint and there is some other reason, they have done a much better job of hiding the story prior to next set coming out.
I've been think a lot about what the missing gods could be, since the Amonkhetu pantheon seems to embody attributes rather than pysical or natural forces (e.g. "solidarity" vs "the sun") I think things like a god of the dead or god of new life are out. What I think we could see are something like a god of leadership (a Ra analogue) I think this is different enough from solidarity and ambition (the two closest) to justify it's own deity and a real god-king wouldn't be something Bolas would want around. I could also see a god of creativity or artistry, since pre-bolas Amonkhet seems to have had a thriving culture involving monuments, hieroglyphics, and dance. Creativity and curiosity probably aren't traits Bolas wanted encouraged so that god was out too. I am not too sure what the third god would be..I would say love but I think we will probably get a Theros god of love to take Xenagos's spot and I'm not sure WOTC will want to have two worlds with such similar deities. I don't think Razaketh will be one of the missing gods (I'm inclined to think he is more the apep/apophis of the plane, a super powerful demon) but I do like the idea of the missing 3 being shard colored w/ Bolas and Razaketh finishing out the cycle.
