Longtime reader (8+ years), made an account today to share something I've been working on that you all might enjoy. Because Wizards themselves don't offer such an immediate overview, at least not to my knowledge, I made a sort-of infographic depicting all the Mending and post-Mending planeswalkers from the game and products considered canon, their interrelations and their affiliations. It's not a masterpiece by any stretch, but then I'm no graphic designer by trade and this was just made for fun.
To pre-empt a few questions: I didn't include PWs that are mentioned but don't have any pictorial content associated with them. I also did not include pre-Mending PWs that are still unaccounted for, largely for the same reason but also because I think it's highly unlikely Wizards will ever revisit any of them that were in the stories before the events of Time Spiral. Jaya Ballard may be a possible exception. Also, this is pre-Kaladesh. Who knows what the chart will look like after Kaladesh block is over.

Ajani has met Koth, and has had Karn, Venser and Tezzeret described to him in a letter from Elspeth. The rest I'd have to think about, but it's looking good!
I think if you're going to add older players Rhada should be included. She was important to the Mending was was technically a Planeswalker (albeit nascent).
I'd also sort of count Bolas as "restored".
I believe Tezzeret knows of Karn as well, but I'm not sure he knows he is a walker. (from the comics)
Some things:
I don't think we have official confirmation yet that Dovin and Saheeli have met.
Tibalt has met and is hostile towards Sorin.
Why are Tamiyo and Nissa hostile towards each other?
Ajani ... has had Karn, Venser and Tezzeret described to him in a letter from Elspeth.
Did that letter actually reach him? I thought Elspeth threw it in a swamp.
Maybe? The letter says that Koth did meet Ajani at some point. I haven't read Godsend recently enough to tell for sure. I'm hitting Mirrodin next, anyway.
Elspeth. His thoughts kept returning to her. He knew she had left Dominaria, headed for the metal world of Mirrodin. Ajani knew the leonin there and had planned to visit them—primarily as an excuse to look for her, if he was being perfectly honest.
Then other Planeswalkers had spread the word: Mirrodin is dead. Phyrexia has returned. For the sake of this world and every world, do not set foot there.
He feared for Elspeth, and even more for his friends on Mirrodin. But he kept up hope. Even when worlds died and skies darkened, there was always hope.
When he says his friends, maybe he's talking about the Leonin?
The line goes behind Tamiyo. But yea, it is a bit confusing at first glance.
Oh, is it pointing at Sorin then? Are they still on the outs with each other from Teeth of Akoum?
EDIT:

Ajani,
I'm writing you this letter knowing that you'll never read it. When I'm finished with these words, I'm going to roll the parchment up, slide it into a ceramic vial, and sink it in a swamp.
Ajani has met Koth, and has had Karn, Venser and Tezzeret described to him in a letter from Elspeth. The rest I'd have to think about, but it's looking good!
I was in dubio whether Dack actually met Sorin. Damn. Where did he meet Ashiok?
The information about Ajani is new to me.
I also forgot the hostile relationship between Liliana/Jace and Tezzeret.
I willfully omitted the Sorin-Tibalt line. That was just something flimsy to hawk a product and Sorin never refers to it.
1. Lilliana and Tezzeret absolutely hate each other, so there should be a red line there. Same with Jace (got a feeling the entire freaking Gatewatch is gonna hate him before too long)
2. Its not really official yet, but I'd get a read line ready for Chanda and Dovan Baal. No way in hell are those two getting along
3. Jace and Ral are enemies. They teamed up to prevent Niv-Mizzet from learning about planeswalkers, but that was pretty much a one time deal.
4. I would make Kiora's line to the gatewatch blue, not green. THey worked together out of necessity, but Kiora actually tried to sabotage them (out of panic, not malevolence, but considering she kinda just ran off after the battle, I think its safe to say there hasn't been a reconcilliation.
5. I don't think Nissa/Sorin should be red, but blue. Sure, Nissa ROYALLY pissed Sorin off, but again, it was out of a sense of panic, not a sense of malevolence. While they wouldn't likely hug if they met at a party, nor do I think they'd immediately start throwing spells at each ohter, and neither really has a reason to actively work against the other.
Either way, well done! And a good idea to just keep it to the "carded" planeswalkers. You add in Urza, Taysir, an da bunch of the pre-revs, and suddenly you're going to have a damned spiderweb.
Tezzeret while under the 'employ' of Bolas should be considered hostile to him. They despise one another and their entire relationship is one of master/servant.
Thanks for the feedback so far, people :). I really don't mind your criticism, if anything it makes me regret a little I didn't delay posting it, but here we are.

Well, that's kind of the odd thing, isn't it - to me, Jace and Ral reconciled at least enough not to be active enemies anymore, whereas Sorin and Nissa never got that closure. And Kiora's relationship with the Gatewatch still felt ambiguous enough to me to merit a green line since they shared the same goal. I do agree with you on most other counts, though.
Tezzeret while under the 'employ' of Bolas should be considered hostile to him. They despise one another and their entire relationship is one of master/servant.
Good point, but are Tezzeret's thoughts on Bolas ever explored in the SOM-storyline? Last thing I knew is that he had been made into Bolas's slave after Jace had wiped his mind, so I figured Tezzeret may not be best buddies with Bolas, but may not have any recollection of trying to one-up his mentor, effectively not rendering them enemies.
In both Agents of Artifice and Test of Metal Tezz makes it very clear that he absolutely hates Bolas. In addition, Bolas is not his mentor, but his master. Tezz also has all of his memories intact after his revival.
Tezzeret while under the 'employ' of Bolas should be considered hostile to him. They despise one another and their entire relationship is one of master/servant.

His distaste for Bolas has been noted post-reconstruction, in the comic Dark Discoveries.
Ajani isn't really a Champion of Heliod, though. He certainly helped Elspeth out, but he was not specifically Chosen by Heliod, which is what the title implies.
And while Sarkhan is friendly to Ugin due to the whole...being a dragon thing, I think for Ugin it'd be more "Acquaintance."
It's a bit busy as an infograph. I really do appreciate what you've done and are doing, but it could be organized a little more efficiently.
Looking good, thanks for doing something like this!
Most of the changes I noticed have been said already, the only contribution I can make off the top of my head is that Sifa Grent is dead. Other than that, may I suggest using different colors to denote Pre-Mending planeswalkers and Lost spark, so there's no overlap?

Dack's comic, IDW Magic: The Gathering, is where he met Sorin while on Innistrad (Sorin takes a dagger from Dack that allowed him to control vampires). Then, in the Theros one, he gets caught up in Ashiok's dream plot and goes into Theros' underworld (the comic was cancelled before any resolution to this story).
The Lost Confession is where most of the Ajani info comes form. Although as someone suggests it may be mentioned elsewhere that the letter is never delivered.
Umm Its mentioned in the first paragraph of The Lost Confession that the letter is never delivered...
I'm writing you this letter knowing that you'll never read it. When I'm finished with these words, I'm going to roll the parchment up, slide it into a ceramic vial, and sink it in a swamp. That's what you do with prayers here, or at least prayers to Pharika, who seems to be the god of potions. She's also the god of poison, so maybe these words will just make things worse for me. I don't understand this plane yet—I've been too busy trying not to die. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
So there letter is never meant to make it to Ajani, its more a ritual of self reflection/offering to a god.

True, but Ajani still knows Koth (having first met him (and Elspeth) in Urborg) and having been told about Phyrexia in the past.
Koth said he saw you a second time after Urborg, but he never told me the circumstances. I hope you didn't try to find me on Mirrodin, but at least you know some of what's happened. You know that Phyrexia reared up and engulfed the metal plane. You know that a young Mirran named Melira provided us with a natural immunity to the Phyrexian contagion. You've wandered the planes more than me, so you probably understand the contagion more than I do.
Sarkhan was an agent of Bolas for a time, and met Jace and Chandra while doing so, and was aware of Liliana (he tailed her for Bolas) and Tezz (saw him being reanimated by Bolas).
Bolas has met Jace and Lili before on more than one occassion. Lili worked for Bolas to recover the Infinite Consortium.
Dack and Ashiok are at least somewhat aware of one another. Don't remember specifics because it has been a long time since I read the comics.
Saheeli is one of the most celebrated inventors on the plane, and Dovin is in charge of the Inventor's Fair. They definitely know each other in some capacity.
Tibalt and Sorin fought at some point.
Sorin met Dack and took the Ancient Fang from him.
Elspeth and Sarkhan fought briefly shortly after the Conflux.
Sarkhan and Ajani met and were at the time on friendly terms. Sarkhan spared Ajani from being eaten by Karrthus because he recognized him as a Planeswalker and wished to talk with another one.
As mentioned elsewhere, Gideon was a champion for Heliod at one point.
Awesome! This is some great work! What is the criteria for being on the list? I know there's some quasi canon 'walkers from the videogames, but I'm not sure they'd be worth including.

Tamiyo has her own casual group of Plansewalkers she calls the Story Circle, and it includes Ajani, Narset and (maybe previously) Elspeth.
No-one in the Story Circle particularly like Bolas or Tezzeret, but only Ajani cares enough to go out of his way to fight him.

Most of the things I was going to mention have already been mentioned, but I'm almost sure that Tezzeret is acquainted with Karn back when he was temporarily made the Father of the Machines.
I'm calling it right now- worst rare in the set. Even good limited players will find better bombs at common and uncommon no sweat. Worst. Episode. Ever.
I really do predict this to be our worst rare in set award winner. I'd be happier opening a jar of eyeballs, so I think anything worse is highly unlikely. This card wont just have zero constructed potential, but not be significantly better than a mass of ghouls in a draft.
