According to the magic wikia, Marit Lage was a ancient immense force on Dominaria, but little else is known. The eldrazi are a party of the blind eternities a collection of forces existing at the birth of the multiverse. Ergo it's a safe bet the eldrazi existed first, but marit lage was conceived by wizards way earlier so...
Story-wise, the Eldrazi.
Game-wise, arguably Marit Lage, but only by three years and Zendikar was apparently already being worked on by the time they added Coldsnap, which was quite rushed.

Marit Lage was created during the original Ice Age, so it's significantly older, creative-wise. Although, similar to Ugin it wasn't fleshed out at all until it actually appeared on a card.
We also don't actually know which is older, either way. They both existed about 5-6,000 years ago and presumably a lot longer before that.
It's easier to suggest that the Eldrazi lived longer, but Maro implied that they do not necessarily predate coloured mana (his answer was that they're colourless because they're too alien for it, not because they appeared first). Meanwhile, Marit Lage is explicitly stated to be ancient (in a time that canonically is several thousand years ago, mind you).
We don't know the origins of either, so it remains to be seen who is the older one.

Marit Lage was a throwaway reference on three cards until 2006, though. Even more than Ugin getting fleshed out later, there's nothing about the original things that made her particularly eldritch or abomination-y. She was related specifically to red/blue color hate and her connection to the Dark Depths portrayal is pretty spurious at best.

Wrong. Her old flavortext (IA Wrath of Marit Lage) quite clearly alludes to Lovecraft, and Cthulhu in particular. She is the original and first Magic reference to eldritch horrors.

Marit lage has also lived a while; again, not much is known
