Is Spanish the dominant language of Innistrad? That would super piss people off.
Not me, an Spanish-speaker
Anyway "¿Se puede tomar estos a él?" would be kind of a literal translation of "can we take these to him?", but it is inaccurate. "¿Se le pueden llevar estos?" is more correct.
It reminds me of Gustavo Fring trying to speak Spanish
Seems like we're getting more sane werewolves that don't want to eat people and instead "warn them." This might be shifting the gambit from black and white to more "gray" horror stories.

Eh like most of the multiverse it likely has it's own Language, in Planswalker we are told that most every plane has it's own language unless it is an offshot of another plane like Mercadia was from Dominaria. I dunno if it still exists but planeswalkers could learn language instantly, I think it still has to be a thing for the Gatewatch to all be speaking the same tounge.
I'm surprised, they're dealing with the angels going nuts rather... calmly. Maybe they got used to it after a few months, and now to them it's just like any other monster attack.
Also, they really should have went with "Carl's Clang-a-ranger."

Just another day in Paradise/Innistrad.
I feel for the Bishop. It must be devastating to have those whom you praised as the paragon of your worship and devotion to now turn against you. I don't blame him for wanting to keep the symbols. Those values and principles Avacyn and her flights stood for are still worthy of their veneration even if the angelic heroes who taught them no longer represent them well.
It is hardest to defend principles when everyone else including your greatest examples no longer heed them but such circumstances make the greatest heroes/heroines of all.

So, the angels might be completely losing it, rather than being focused in their madness. It's one thing to go on a kill'em all inquisition, but one attacking a bell means they might not have much grip on reality at all any more.
