Thanks Jay for your work. I really enjoy the articles and I think they fill a precious void.
At the same time, I also like your approach of linking or hosting other sources when the recaps already exist. On that note, you mentioned some time
a blog by Squirle_Master. Which one is it?
I know this ends up being quite of bit of pre-mending lore that I'll miss, but Squirle_Master covers that so well in his blog that it's not worth me treading into a lot of it.

It's called Multiverse in Review, it's linked from the resource page and also some of my articles on older lore. Squirle used to be a storyline moderator here, did a lot of things I'm doing (but for older lore). He's a great resource, and has a ton of materials that I didn't even know existed.
Hey all, just wanted to say I'll be publishing lore articles over at Gathering Magic now. As such, I've updated the OP. It was too good an opportunity to pass up, although I'm hoping to finish out a couple key articles. You might just see my Mending pieces and Ravnica pieces on Gathering Magic instead of here.
I noticed you've been adding some links to the first page. When you make updates, could you post the changes you make? That way subscribers get a notification and it's easier for us to figure out what is new.

Thank you! I greatly appreciate the effort you've put into this thread. It's helped me greatly in getting caught up on all the magic lore.
I noticed that the Lorwyn-Shadowmoor Cycles are missing as well as the two Legends Cycles. Could you comment on where those would fit in the timeline?
MTG Wiki appears to have plot summaries for the Legends Cycles, but not Lorwyn-Shadowmoor. Do you have any links you'd recommend to read summaries of the Lorwyn-Shadowmoor story?

Lorwyn-Shadowmoor were both a series of short stories. I recommend reading Oona's page if you want to know what happened in the main plot. It occurs about 20 years after the Mending.
Legends I happens about 400 years after the Ice Age, while Legends II happens around 800 years ago. Check out my piece on the Elders of Dominaria (linked above) for a brief summary of Legends II. Go to Multiverse in Review for good stuff on Legends I.

I believe that only Shadowmoor is an anthology. Lorwyn, Morningtide and Eventide are all overarching novels.
I've updated the original post with today's Ravnica article! Only one Archive Trap left!
And that's it! I'm done! Unless for some reason the lore of Odyssey and Onslaught becomes relevant, I doubt I'll be adding anything but the most recent story summaries and broad overviews.
I read every story associated with Guilds of Ravnica and Ravnica Allegiance on the Magic Story website, but there is virtually no progression of the overarching story other than the mention that Dovin Baan has somehow become the Grand Arbiter of Azorius. However, I've seen summaries stating that some major events occurred during these blocks, including the assassination of both Isperia and the Orzhov. Is there somewhere else I should be looking to read about these events?
Also, I'd like to read a thorough summary of "The War of the Spark" without having to read the entire book. Any recommendations on where I can find a good summary?
Next up: The World of Alara.
