Ok, so we've all talked about which planeswalkers are related to the Zendikar story to speculate which may get printed in the Battle for Zendikar block. It's a fairly long list, including (remind me if I forget someone):
Chandra
Jace
Sarkhan
Bolas
Nissa
Sorin
Gideon
Kiora
Ugin
Nahiri (if she's able)
Ob Nixilis (so to speak)
Of these, the only ones I think are likely to have an in-game appearance somewhere in the block are Gideon, Sorin, Nissa, Kiora, and Ob Nixilis, though he will likely remain a creature, even if only at first. Bolas may get a second version in the second set, but I'm not holding my breath.
What I wanna know though is who knows about the Eldrazi? Who has merely heard the name once, or simply saw a single drone and continued their story without ever even learning what it was? Who actually knows the Eldrazi for the threat they are and who would get there head encased in stone by Koth?
I'd add Ugin in your list of "likely to make an appearance". He pretty much said he's going there.
For other planeswalkers... Ramaz is another of Bolas's minions, the one who manipulated Chandra into getting the scroll that led her there. But I'm not entirely sure of how much he knew about his mission.
Garruk went there at least once, but it was maybe years ago so he didn't saw any Eldrazi or drone. And the player character from one of the Duels games went there to get Ob's hedron fragment, but that's not a real character.
Otherwise, Zendikar is a relatively isolated plane (so much Jace needed a map and Garruk talking about it to get there), so I very much doubt other planeswalkers got there in the months(?) between the original block and the new one.
Does Chandra really knows about the Eldrazi though? I was under the impression she left before their awakening. I could be wrong though, so feel free to correct me
I don't think Chandra or Jace know about the Eldrazi per se. They were both there in the Eye, but they left well before Nissa set the titans free. Chandra's been off doing...whatever...and Jace has been tied up on Ravnica doing the Guildpact thing.
Yeah but Jace did see some Eldrazi spawn, and then left (it's in a webcomic, don't remember which one, but he talks about it with a merfolk). Chandra, on the other, planeswalked right after her fight with Sarkhan, right?
Yeah, Chandra left soon after the fight without realizing the consequences. But she went right after the one who guided her actions that resulted in there - Ramaz, and learned he was just a pawn of someone else (Bolas). So she's still potentially tied to the larger Eldrazi-Bolas storyline, even if unaware.
Jace, on the other hand, did stay longer on Zendikar and saw the destruction caused by the spawn. He did promise to come back once he learned more, but got tied up with the Maze affair in Ravnica. I do find it amusing how him and Gideon paralleled each other at the time (going to Zendikar looking for Chandra, seeing the Eldrazi, then going to Ravnica for a solution just to get involved in the city's problems instead).
According to one of the Uncharted Realms Kruphix, and now his prophet who is speaking with, knows about the Eldrazi. Since he knows everything that the plane of Theros knows he obtained the knowledge of them via Kiora who traveled to Theros in search of monsters and beasts capable of driving the Eldrazi back.
I'm not sure what this means for the pantheon or Theros as a whole, since Kruphix is seemingly quite cryptic and does not divulge information very easily, but it may be that there is a small contingency of people on Theros who know about the Eldrazi and are preparing for them under Kruphix's tutelage.
