No surprise there. I called that when we got that letter from Elspeth. Whoever thought Wizards would kill off Planeswalkers offscreen should learn a lesson from this.
Sarkhan Vol might just be hearing Ugin himself (could just be insanity)
Now, I don't want to get an infraction for baseless speculation, but could this hint towards founding a new team of eldrazi prison guards? Sorin was part of the old team and Sarkhan may be getting knowledge from Ugin. All they need now is a lithomancer, probably a new one. Maybe Koth?
I'd be thrilled if everything has been leading up to a Justice League of Sorin, Nissa, Kiora, Gideon, and Koth teaming up to re-imprison the Eldrazi. It would be a pretty good way to give Koth something to beyond fight the Phyrexians, too - Sorin et al convince him that it's too late to stop them, but he can still save other worlds from other monsters.

Jenrik mentioned with Tamiyo again, but he has no card. Breaks my heart.
No new information on Thassa vs. Kiora and the fate of Arixmethes (who also has no card, and this also breaks my heart). Guess we'll have to wait until we see her crop up again to discern her fate.
I thought Lilliana left Innistrad after killing Griselbrand?
Poor Garuuk. I've been dying to know if Avacyn had been able to break his curse. Sadly it appears not.
The Eldrazi breaking free of Zendikar is frightening. I feel Return to Zendikar continue to be a possibly in the near future. I think Bolas is the Multiverse's greatest problem considering how involved he is with so many situations. It'll be difficult to overcome him. Can't believe he even had a part in releasing the Eldrazi. Who does that... and to what end...
The new art of Sarkhan carrying a piece of hedron makes a lot more sense now if he's been "in contact" with Ugin. It could be purely hallucination induced by the hedron shard, or perhaps Ugin found some way to communicate with Sarkhan through the shard. Who knows? Hopefully we'll get some answers later on when Tarkir is getting closer to release.

I always figured Arixmethes was Tromokratis and their was just a misconnection from creative
Sorry, I've read through two or three times now, and I seem to keep missing the quote of the Eldrazi escaping. Can someone please supply it?
Under Gideon sections it says that the Eldrazi Titians have not appeared on Zendikar recently.

What is that "hedron" that people keep mentioning? I didn't play during Zendikar, so I have no idea. Could you fill me in with the details?

The hedrons are those big diamond-esque floating rocks that appear in the background of Zendikar artwork. They were originally put in place by the unnamed "Lithomancer" Planeswalker that was part of the trio of Planeswalkers (along with Sorin and Ugin) responsible for originally imprisoning the Eldrazi on the plane 1,000+ years prior. No one truly understands the full power or purpose of the hedrons (i.e. Creative has never fully explained it), but they were originally designed to help imprison the Eldrazi. It is heavily suggested that the Eldrazi, upon awakening, co-opted the hedrons for their own purposes.
The hedrons are still a big question mark, though, and it's entirely possible that the shard of hedron that Sarkhan is carrying with him in his latest artwork may have been a piece of the "Eye of Ugin", the figurative keyhole on the Eldrazi's prison that was destroyed during the clash between Sarkhan, Chandra, and Jace.

Sarkhan got in contact with the dragon spirit (that he nows thinks is Ugin) when he was in the Eye of Ugin but also in Tarkir he got in contact with a Dragon spirit (before ascending )( And the spirit remains unnamed and its not stated that this dragon is the same as the one he got in contact in the Eye of Ugin)
In the comics we see that after the batle with Chandra ( She got a 'gift' of Ugin after\during the batle : The Ghost fire) and Jace Sarkhan starts seeing this ghost Dragon
The Dragon apears to tell Sarkhan about Bolas's plans (sending hin to fail) and also to break free of Bolas...
The hedron piecce in Sarkhan's staff is from the Eye of Ugin ( he transfroms hin self into a dragon and says somthing like " Dragons eyes to read dragon lenguage" (after the batle with Jace n Chandra )(hinting that the Hedrons are made with Dragon' runes ) and then planneswalk alway)
Also in the artwork for Sarkhan the mad you can see a dragon spirit suronding sarkhan...

I considered this too, but it's not likely. Arixmethes was already described as a lost city in the PW guide before Godsend part 2 (or 1 for that matter) were released; and Tromokratis doesn't carry a city on his back the way Arixmethes is described doing, not in the card art or in his early sketches/concept art. He's also smaller than the city he's attacking in the art, and no one on Theros but Callaphe, Thassa and the Planeswalkers realize it's not just a lost city, but a Kraken (which people would know had Arixmethes actually attacked a polis as Tromokratis had). Also, Arixmethes is described as being a black kraken. I don't think an 8/8 is large enough to cary an entire polis on their spine either. For some reason I feel like if we ever see Arixmethes as a card, it'll be either a 10/10 or 12/12 Legendary Creature - Kraken.
but, on the other hand, I imagine that Gideon, Kiora, Nissa, and Sorin shall remain prominent in the story, since all of them have the same goal: to stop the Eldrazi.
Aw yieah! When we return to Zendikar, we can finally have the Jace-tus League Assemble! It'll be great!
Or not.
On a more serious note, I'm disturbed by the Eldrazi potentially escaping. Remember, these guys were portrayed as so powerful not even oldwalkers could go toe to toe with them. These puny neowalkers wouldn't stand a chance against them, especially if they aren't creatures anymore.
And I guess dear old Dack is going to be strictly developed via the comics, and possibly the next multiplayer set like "Consipracy."

I say we are lucky to even get the one time card, I wanna say for awhile Wizards was saying it wanted to leave the comics and the main storyline separate.

True, but I was more thinking about Jace and Tezzeret in Agents of Artifice. Both were seekers, but Jace ultimately let his morals guide him whereas Tezzeret was more thuggish.

However, yeah, if Ugin shows up anytime soon I'd expect it here.
