I think using the word Nazi is a bit lazy and doesn't explain how truly awful Phyrexia is. Nazi's sucked, but they were human with human ideals. Phyrexians are zombie machines, that's as far away from a human mindset as you can get. Twice removed.
So Koth is a kind of narrow-minded bigot? Using enemy's tech is something as old as warfare itself, especially if when makes sense.
It wasn't so much that Venser was using Phyrexian tech, but that he was using Phyrexian tech to create a vessel capable of spreading Phyrexian tech all over the multiverse. Koth was afraid of the potential of such a vessel, and what it would mean if his enemies got ahold of it.

Plus, Venser was kind of unbearably arrogant about his capabilities even though he was nothing but a junk builder. That included being blinded to the stuff he was messing around with, even if he had been doing it for his entire life.
Of course, that arrogance proved to be pretty false considering he ended up messing around with phyrexian stuff he shouldn't have and contracted some horrible plague as a result.

To his defense, his ambulator was pretty functional.
Of course, then he got Phyrexian!Tetanus and a drug habit, so .
I never thought I'd see the day where I defended Venser.
Speaking of Phyrexia, I wonder if it wouldn't be fun to send the Eldrazi that way... I doubt that 29-dimensional beings from beyond time would be amenable to compleation, but would very much enjoy munching on New Phyrexia.

Wait, wasn't it Phthisis that he had? And wasn't that contracted via powerstones? I remember something about that in the Wiki when I spent a week going through the old history. I'm pretty sure the disease wasn't Phyrexian, as the Thran had an issue with it and that's how Yawgmoth got invited back and then later screwed them all over.
Also, if the Eldrazi are beyond typical beings and have no true physical form, then doesn't that mean that they couldn't be compleated? Most pathogens can only infect a given species or genus, rarely do they cross those lines (which is why I hate the concept of zombie dogs). Likewise, could the Eldrazi be too alien for Phyrexia to compleat. If so, then this means that I might finally be able to see a Phyrexia vs Eldrazi thing outside of my fantasies!

No, it wasn't Phthsis, it was something he contracted by picking up what very well might have been rotting chunks of crystallized Yawgmoth.
Point is, don't muck about with what you don't understand, and don't be fooled into thinking you know everything about the ancient cyborg death machines.

I was really hoping people would just let the topic die, because we have to go over this a LOT. It's not exactly all that original a suggestion, so it tends to pop up regularly.
It does say Venser had Phthisis symptoms (last paragraph), but there's a disclaimer on the symptoms on the Phthisis page so oh well. And I don't care about originality, I just think it would be nice to see two of Magic's biggest antagonistic forces duke it out.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Bolas arranged it to be so, just so he's the biggest bad out there.
Even as an Oldwalker, I don't think he could've tangled with the Eldrazi. When you read the flavor text on Zendikar cards, you just get this feeling of hopeless acceptance that all reality as they know it is going to be erased.

It was so bad the Gideon literally opted to solve the Boros problems in Ravnica when he reached there instead of seeking out the soon-to-be-walking-guildpact to deal with the Titans.
I sort of think Zendikar is doomed, as much as the block was popular and people want to return to it. I think creative is having some issues deciding where to move on for the Eldrazi - they did make them into nigh-unkillable things that oldwalkers couldn't take down.

They could approach it as revisiting the plane only to find it has been desolated, but no sign of the titans and their broods, giving us a full block to try and figure out what happened.
Or they retcon the eldrazi and give them an allergy to water. Mel Gideon tells whats-his-face to swing away and starts to believe again. We leave disappointed.

Shyamalan'd.
You have to ask yourself: Are you the kind of person who sees Signs?
Again, I'm hazy on Eldrazi, but they seem to be currently in physical form. Can they pass into the Blind Eternities before reverting to their original form, pre-physical? If not, why not just let them feed on and destroy Zendikar and remain trapped there, and sacrifice one plane for the good of the Multiverse? Or is there some backdoor that allows them to lose their physical nature and return to their original form, thereby allowing them to leave Zendikar?

The jailer's produced a series of seals meant to keep the Eldrazi weakened and trapped.
The first two, Ugin's and Sorin's, have been broken.
The only thing keeping the Eldrazi in physical form (and thus unable to enter the Blind Eternities) is the Lithomancer's seal.
Sorin went to Zendikar in the first place to fix his seal because it was wearing out.
Do we know what would cause the Lithomancer's seal to fail? Invisible fire from Chandra broke Ugin's, I think?
The hedrons are the key to that last lock.
Destroy/drain them and nothing keeps the Eldrazi from returning to their natural aetheric form.
As to what the walkers would do, Sorin was willing to walk away and let Zendikar get eaten, but Gideon, Nissa, and Kiora kind of have issues with that, even for the better health of Dominia.

Gideon went to Ravnica to try to find a way to stop the Elderazi, he simply ended up helping the Boros and managed to find a way to MASS EXILE THINGS, through watching the Obzedat someone the Boros do not like.

This wouldn't surprise me, either. I'm kind of hoping this happens just so we can see the Eldrazi destroy everything we've ever known and loved about Magic.

Since we don't really have "colorless" non-Eldrazi spells (aside from Artifacts), I think the answer lies in Artifacts somewhere. Artifacts have a tendency of being MacGuffins in the Magic universe (Brothers War, anyone?), so if a meddler with enough power (or a strong enough Artifact) bumbles around Zendikar enough with one, I see that being the way to combat the Eldrazi. A handful of the Neowalkers are Artificers; maybe we'll see Tezzerett unleash the Eldrazi upon the multiverse?

If Tezzeret had himself an army of Phyrexian Metamorphs he could handle Kozilek, Ulamog, and turn their abilities against Emrakul.

I think that the Neo-Walkers will find some sort of MacGuffin to use to eventually destroy the Eldrazi.
Eventually.
I don't think the new Walker will make too much of a...
...splash with her plans. The Eldrazi are wickedly powerful and, hell, they're Annihilators.
This post may or may not have been an excuse to post the linked video and make a really bad pun.
