I did not play during Time Spiral block and thus know very little about its storyline.
1.What is a neowalker or Bradywalker?
2.Do "normal planeswalkers" not exist anymore, or is it just that most of them died?
3.Has something happened to Dominaria to make it impossible to trigger your spark or somesuch?
4.Did Dominaria get permanently removed from the storyline? Some people have suggested that it is gone for good on several threads.
5.Nicol Bolas survives TS block, right?

1) "New" planeswalkers are basically mortals (as opposed to godlike beings) with innate magic powers and the ability to move between planes. Still far above normal mortals, but nowhere near as powerful as "old" 'walkers.
2) It's unknown if every single "old" 'walker is dead, and we know for a fact that one still lives (see below).
3) The nature of the Spark has been changed, so no new "old" 'walkers can come into existence. Those with the Spark become "new" 'walkers instead.
4) Dominaria hasn't gone anywhere. In fact it's on its way back to normalcy and stability for the first time since the Invasion.
5) Nicol Bolas survived, and is the only "old" 'walker whom we know for a fact is still alive.
Just like to chime in with confirmation on those answers being correct. The Time Spiral Cycle is very hazy, and it's very easy for certain questions to be given answers that aren't accurate. It happens on pretty much every thread that has to do with that cycle. Just wanted to say that it didn't happen this time.

2)&5) also, all old planeswalkers who survived have been most likely depowered to the state of neo-walkers, because in the Mending the very nature of sparks has changed. Only Bolas is still full powered planeswalker, because he run away from Multiverse.
Has all of that been confirmed explicitly, and if so where?
For some reason, i find it very difficult to believe that old walkers got powered down.
When it says that the nature of the spark has changed, it's my belief that it is the spark unignited that has changed. Or rather, the way it changes the individual when it ignites. Until we get a thorough look at a retrowalker in depth (preferably not Bolas, as he's already godlike), we will be unable to discern whether or not any remaining originals were knocked down.
You know, that's another scenario that would've worked just fine. Make the CRAP simply nascent 'walkers--they haven't ascended so they only have the magical abilities they've gained through the normal means, but now they can 'walk the planes by an extreme force of will.
That wouldn't piss off the storyline fans, and it would allow them to be printed as cards. But of course they didn't spend two seconds in coming up with an alternative.

i thought part of the reason planeswalkers had so much power was not so much because of the spark, yes that allows them to have greater access to those powers and travel the planes, but more so that they could indeed travel the planes
part of the theory was that the longer you live, the more places you visit, the more familiar you become with the land, the more land you're familiar with the greater your options for drawing mana from it, similar to say putting more cards in your deck, you have access to more
given that the spark made planeswalkers immortal, and allowed them to traverse the planes, wouldn't part of the power come from that ability? if you can visit countless worlds, you have countless worlds to be familiarized with and thus draw mana from
so in changing the nature of the spark, haven't they also changed the very nature of the theory of mana?
look at jodah and barrin for instance, ancient, powerful, while not as powerful as planeswalkers they still have the ability to give almost anyone a run for their money
anyway, if this is all true, isn't it still theoretically possible for these neowalkers to do the same thing? use their ability to visit various planes and gather the resources to be as gods?
so essentially the wizards storyline staff became lazy and figured they'd just scrap everything, they've grown worse and worse about this over the years, part of what made the storyline good in the past was its consistency, intricacy and coherency
but hey who cares what characters do, we can just make news one when we don't want to think things out any more
yeah i kinda got caught up in my own feelings there toward the end, so what, point is they have no idea what they're doing any more and the storyline has become trash, generic fantasy novel bin here we come!
That analogy is a bit flawed...they are not losing their spark. The way I see the effect of the Mending is this....there may still be calculators and batteries, but due to a gross danger to nature, new rules and regulations have been put in place that govern how the batteries are made, and what materials may be used to make them. That doesn't mean the old ones are gone.
2)&5) also, all old planeswalkers who survived have been most likely depowered to the state of neo-walkers, because in the Mending the very nature of sparks has changed. Only Bolas is still full powered planeswalker, because he run away from Multiverse.
Does it mean that if Bolas returns to the Multiverse he will be depowered too?
I find this very ridiculous and stupid: WHERE THE HELL IS A PLACE OUTSIDE OF THE MULTIVERSE?!?! But then it was Bolas...:muh:
(I hate to quote it, because there are so many lies on old planeswalkers. They also had to draw mana from lands. Some agree with Brady that Karona's meeting didn't happen. Maybe that's good idea, because it mean that Mirrodin didn't happen, so then TS didn't happen as well).
Uhmm, what does this mean? Sorry I haven't read the Onslaught/Mirrodin novels...
In short, if Karona's journey around the multiverse didn't happen, then it's not possible for the Mirrodin Cycle to happen, because she also went to that plane.

Errr... that doesn't make sense. Would that also mean that the Invasion cycle "didn't happen," because Karona talked to Yawgmoth?
I don't believe one bit that the old walkers got "powered down".
Given that the individuals in charge of Magic's storyline are also the individuals who stated the explicit goal of completely eliminating the old model of Planeswalkers (for quite good reasons, too....) this seems unlikely to ever bear fruit.
This decision isn't ever going to get reversed. Already the new planeswalker model has borne positive fruit in the form of the PW cardtype; as time goes on and it allows planeswalker characters to actually be more tightly involved in the card game, the presence of the new planeswalkers will just be strengthened and solidified.

The Mirrodin cycle caused Karona to go to Mirrodin, but Karona didn't cause the Mirrodin Cycle. You have your causality backwards.

Karona's talks may have indeed been across time. But, presumably, her meeting with Yawgmoth on his actual plane just prior to her meeting with Karn on his actual plane happened during the current timeline for that book. This is reinforced by the fact that Yawgmoth makes mention of Karona's talk with him in the Kin chapter. And it's also referenced by Lowalyn/Ixidor telling Kamahl, "Hey, I just spoke with Karona. She's over there."
I understand that it's a touchy continuity problem, and one that probably should never have been allowed to happen. What I don't agree with is the way in which it was retconned. It really wasn't retconned in the common use of the word, it was simply stated as not having occurred.
Basically it was the Chewbacca defense. "Look at the monkey."

Agreed. Agreed 1000%. While I hate the whole alternate reality blargfest, it would certainly be justified this time around. "Everything that Karona saw with the exception of Lowalyn and Argentum/Karn was from another reality." I'd hate this answer, but it would at least make sense. Instead we got "It didn't happen."

I was being too vague here. What I meant to say is that Yawgmoth referenced Karona's talk with him days later while she was visiting his plane.

But i want to ask about Teferi? Is he powered down too?
He is an old walkers, last time i remember he was phasing Rift and Ghitu.
And what happened then?
Tell me the story please. Thx.
