I wrote a program that lets you play Magic against the computer using all of the rules. It has more than 700 cards, and has many cards from newer sets. Some cards MTG Forge has is Damnation, Serra Angel, Akroma, Kokusho, 3 Planeswalkers, Thoughseize, Elvish Piper, Serra Avatar Lightning Bolt, Ancestral Recall, and all the moxes. MTG Forge also supports sealed and drafts games.

Great little program! Just a couple of things I'd like to comment on:
-There really needs to be a better way to target players. I was a little confused the first time, trying to figure out where the hell to click (even though it's obvious now).
-Some card specific things:
-Oubliette can only target creatures, otherwise it turns into a black oblivion ring (very bad, since black should not be able to remove enchantments!)
-Lands like Treetop Village and Forbidden Watchtower should not be green or white, but instead just lands (colorless).
-I noticed a lot of cards are missing abilities (Sengir Vampire only has flying, Firebolt has no flashback, Hand of Cruelty has no abilities, Blistering Firecat has no morph, etc). Is this intentional?
-Some of the card's abilities have been changed. For example, Erratic Explosion picks a random non-land card from your library. This kind of kills some of the strategy with the card, doesn't it? Do or Die is also now an extremely good card, because you randomly destroy creatures instead of the computer having a choice. I know it might be hard to make the computer make these decisions, but it seems odd to make the card just choose randomly instead.
All in all, I really like the program. I saw some of the pictures of the upcoming interface on your blog and it really I think would help with some of the gripes I have (being sort of confusing the first couple times around).
I was able to run this on my Mac using an outdated OS (10.3), so I'm quite happy. I checked out your blog and I'm looking forward to future versions.
One question -- how do I add card images, or is that not possible?
Thanks so much!

Thanks NuclearBlast, there are a ton of things to improve. Lands should be colorless, but I give them a colored border because I associate them with that color.
I noticed a lot of cards are missing abilities (Sengir Vampire only has flying, Firebolt has no flashback, Hand of Cruelty has no abilities, Blistering Firecat has no morph, etc). Is this intentional?
This is actually intential. I like the card picture for Hand of Cruelty. I can't program Sengir Vampire's ability or flashback yet. And of course, morph is not supported either. Hopefully in the future everything will be supported.
Targeting player's is odd, you have to click on their life points, but it works good enough.

Yeah it is in the menu when the program first starts up.
