okay, new question! If I have a lets say..a 2/2 insect creature token, if I was to then cast a spell like Ajani's Presence then I populate, would the populated creature have indestructible all the time? and what if I did the same with either an aura or an equipment? Would the populated token get the same things the aura/equipment give?
Well after casting the spell to give it +1/+1 and indestructible the creature then has that ability for the whole turn, as if it was printed on it. So the populate would copy the creature entirely correct?
Copy effects use only an object's "copiable values", which are generally what is printed on the card or set by the effect that creates the token (C.R. 613.1, 706.2, 110.5b), plus other copy effects, in layer 1 (C.R. 613.2a). The effects that give the token indestructible and +1/+1 are effects that add abilities and change power and toughness, in layers 6 and 7c (C.R. 613.2f, 613.2g, 613.3c), and not copy effects.

As you already got answered no it won't. The +1 and indestructible is not as if they were printed on it. It is effects affecting the token, but the token is still base p/t 2/2

The rules I mentioned apply to all objects, not just creatures or tokens, and they apply regardless of which effect granted the ability or changed the power or toughness, such as a spell, an Aura, an Equipment, or something else.
